I've been here twice so far for my Mini and have not been charged a diagnostic fee. My first visit was for an oil change. I printed out a promotional coupon from the website and received the discount no questions asked. The mechanic was alone that day and brought me back to look at my car while it was up on the lift. He told me what was going on with it, like what to expect in the future with the break pads. I really appreciated that. They have free WIFI in the lobby, a clean bathroom and refreshments. Very comfortable. My second visit I showed up in an 'emergency' of sorts during the holiday season. I was so thankful they were able to look at my car within three hours! I noticed an odd little warning light after my car had issues starting up. Over the phone they said it could be anything. Turned out it was the battery. Replacing a battery - or doing anything for that matter - on a Mini is expensive. Even with the 10% Yelp coupon I paid $250. I knew full well maintaining a Mini is expensive. For free they took a look at my brakes again to let me know what the 'sitch' is. The owner is very friendly in my opinion. He does not talk to you like a fake salesperson and he does not try to up-sell you. I appreciate that a lot. One of the worker's children were there running around the waiting room. Cute kids. They like cheesy bread. I recommend the place! Dunno what those other people's problems are.. read more

Avoid this place like the plague. I've never in my life dealt with a less professional or ruder bunch of people. The owner never calls you back and answers the phone with a rude "hello". Place looks like where Rovers go to die, seems like they have more personal projects there than customer cars. Tried selling me work I didn't need, over torqued my lug nuts and left the dust caps off the ends of my axle. Prices aren't any cheaper than the dealer and certainly much less professional. read more

This was my first visit: I stopped by to make an appointment but I was able to leave the Rover there. The guys answered all my questions, presented me with a diagnosis of the problems and gave me an estimate which, in the end, was a little bit higher than the actual invoice. This is a shop that my dad, who loves driving and working on cars, would have loved to run himself. read more

I found this place by an online search to get my brakes and rotors changed on my mini. It actually turned out to be a bit cheaper than Firestone. The guy at the front desk is not personable...at all and should really be considered for another position at the shop. When I asked him "how hard is it to get an appt? When would there possibly be an opening for an appt?" The normal front desk worker would open the apt schedule to see what they could do for the customer. No. This guy says "Well cars have issues all the time. We cant really estimate when theres availability." OMG HOW IRRITATING. I could of done without the unnecessary sarcasm. I wasn't in the mood to handle that when I was about to hand over hundreds of dollars. Of course they made other recommendations that they could magically only see and none of the other mechanics could see that looked at my car prior. My brakes were my only priority. The appt went smooth and it was nice that they had a female employee that chatted it up with me about the Real Housewives of Atlanta during my wait. Not sure If I'd go back. Only if their price was cheaper than a closer mechanics shop. read more

First, they charge $119 as a diagnostic fee. My Mini needed front brakes, so went ahead with the repair after being told it would cost $450. When the job was finished, the bill was slightly over $200 more as they "forgot" to include the labor charge. What? Did they think I was installing the brakes myself?! So, my advice, if you use this business, is to get quotes in writing. read more

DISAPPOINTMENT could not begin to express my experience at this E2 Services Land Rover repair shop. It started with the sketchy surrounding area but in the end this was the least of my concerns. The owner, Eddie Dellan, was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and an insult to the profession. He started by criticizing the abilities of all other mechanics including Range Rover Dealership which he is claiming to provide better service and warranties than which is impossible for a local independent shop as compared to a nationwide reputable corporation. The owner provided an intentional low ball estimate to get me in the door and once he had my vehicle more than doubled the actual cost which exceeded the estimate that I received from an actual legitimate company, Tires Plus, by a few hundred dollars. Once I expressed some concern with his bait and switch tactics he immediately got extremely verbally agressive, refused to do any work if he couldn't do it all (as determined by him; which was not consistent with a diagnosis I received from another company). When I went to pick up my vehicle he again became very agressive and unprofessional with personal insults such as I cannot afford to own a Range Rover while his entire family (wife and 6 kids) witnessed while playing all over the office and shop. This shop should not be allowed to work on Land Rovers or any other vehicle for that matter. I would not recommend this shop!!! He charged $130 diagnostic fee when I came in with a diagnostic from another company! read more

Terrible service. On Monday October 3, 2011 E2 - Services/ Manager Eddie Dillard performed an oil change on my LR3 and recommend changing brake pads and rotors. I agreed and paid him $1,008.57 (One Thousand Eight Dollars and Fifty Seven Cents) for the work. On Tuesday or Wednesday October 11, 2011 or (October 12) we again visited E2 Services after we noticed a very loud squeaking sound when pressing the breaks. E2 Services took the car to the shop and then told us that the problem was fixed. On Monday October 17, we again visited E2 Services after we noticed a loud squeaking sound when driving (when no breaks were pressed) as well as some squeaking when breaks were pressed. E2 Services took the car to the shop and then told us that the problem was fixed. E2 Services repairman claimed that an aluminum/steel part was the cause. As there was still squeaking sound when pressing the breaks, I decided to visit the Land Rover Orlando dealer (Land Rover) on Thursday October 20, 2011 to verify that the LR3 was properly functioning given past issues. The following issues were addressed: 1) The Land Rover technician showed me that the left rear caliper bolts were missing. (See excerpt from Land Rover service report below). 2) The service manager and technician at Land Rover showed me that rear pads were installed incorrectly and upside down. (See excerpt from Land Rover service report below). 3) According to Land Rover, the break pads and rotors were aftermarket and were not Land Rover authentic parts. (Mr. Dillard of E2 Services assured me they were). (See excerpt from Land Rover service report below). 4) Finally the service manager informed me that the front left break pad wear sensor was not installed on the break pads. (See excerpt from Land Rover service report below). I then agreed to have the Land Rover Dealership remove the rotors and break pads installed by E2 Services and to have new break pads and rotors installed. Please see excerpt from Land Rover Service Report by their technician: TECH NOTED DURING TIRE REPLACEMENT AND ALIGNMENT, THE LEFT, REAR CALIPER BOLTS WERE MISSING. TECH ALSO NOTED FRONT AND REAR BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS TO BE AFTERMARKET AND NON LAND ROVER AUTHENTIC PARTS. UPON FURTHER INSPECTION WITH CUSTOMER INVOLVED, NOTED REAR PADS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY AND UPSIDE DOWN. TECH NOTED CHAMFER OF REAR PADS SHOULD BE PLACED ON THE BOTTOM IN DIRECTION ROTATION WITH THE WHEELS AND PRIMARY MOVEMENT OF VEHICLE. TECH VERIFIED ALL BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS TO BE AFTERMARKET AFTER REMOVAL OF BRAKES. ALSO NOTED DURING REMOVAL, THE FRONT BRAKE PAD WEAR SENSOR WAS NOT INSTALLED ON THE BRAKE PADS. INSPECTED BOTH SENSORS AND NOTED SENSORS OK AND HAVE NO DAMAGE. TECH NOTED AFTERMARKET PADS AND ROTORS ARE ROOT CAUSE OF BRAKE NOISE. REPLACED FRONT AND REAR BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS AS PER CUSTOMERS REQUEST WITH AUTHENTIC LAND ROVER PARTS, ROAD TESTED VEHICLE AND BEDDED IN BRAKES. RETESTED BRAKE SQUEAL AFTER REPAIRS, PASSED. NOTED NOISE MINIMIZED WITH FACTORY PARTS. COMPLETED. In performing its work for us, E2 services engaged in (including but not limited to) deception, fraud, and misrepresentation as well as concealment, suppression or omission of material facts. E2 Services, in performing its work, endangered my life, the lives of my family members, and the lives of others on the road. read more

Excellent service, great prices, and honest staff! When I first moved to Orlando I took my LR2 to the dealership and they wanted to charge me a significant amount of money for repairs my car didn't even need. After that I found E2 and I have been taking my car ever since. They have great customer service, know what they are doing, and they keep my car in good shape. I had a great experience at this shop. I normally take my range rover to the dealership for service, but always felt they were adding repairs that were unnecessary. I felt very comfortable at E2 services. The manager or front desk worker was very nice and explained everything without making me feel stupid. I waited while my car was serviced. The lobby had tv, free coffee, and wifi. Very convenient for me to do work while I waited. I will definitely return in the future. read more
