At the estimate, Adam said they would work on the buffing but some of the scratches were rather deep. He said if they couldn't buff them out I would not be charged. I went to pick it up this afternoon and it looked brand new! I was very pleased with their effort to buff out the scratches. The dent repair was very successful. Much cheaper than having to have it re-painted. My good friend, Bird cleaned the highlanner inside and out! Looks fabulous. Thankyou Adam, Bird and crew for a fantastic job. Took our truck to a local dealership collision center and was immediately told it would be a LOT of money. True form, got the estimate and it was thousands of dollars. Didn't feel right and decided to get another estimate.....Stephen at Robert's was so helpful. Long story short overall fix will be about 25-30% of the original estimate from the dealership and the fix is just what we asked for. Don't really want to frequent Body Shop's but have a new go to if an issue arises!
