Super impressed with this place. We had a great experience. The food was excellent, and even our children enjoyed their meals. Prices were very reasonable, offering great value for the quality. Would recommend for anyone in the area or passing through. I'm pretty sure the man who took our orders also cooked everything but his timing on getting all 4 meals out to us was perfect.

Fantastic family ambiance. I tell everyone I know, to stop at Eagle Crossing Restaurant if you find yourself staying at Kah-nee-ta Resort, or just passing through the rez. My daughter was in FFA in high school. We didn't make a reservation, but Brenda made room and accommodated the group on their way home from a competition. The kids slept well on the way home from filling their bellies at Eagle crossing. This is important to me as not all establishments would've accommodated a group the size of our FFA teams. I knew sending my daughter to Brenda's Eagle Creek crossing that she would be treated like family. And she was. Thank you Brenda.

Blink and you'll miss this place! If you could, definitely stop by and grab some food. My husband and I got the Indian fry bread taco, a side of Indian fry bread, and some huckleberry milkshakes. Everything was AMAZING. I normally shy away from milkshakes being lactose intolerant, but damn, I'll gladly take the pain and suffering to have another milkshake. Our meal came out to about $45 and, oh boy, did we have some left overs. The both of us can EAT, and it was still a crap ton of food. Stop by and show this place some love. You won't regret it.

Then when you are seated you are told that they don't have enough menu's so the table has to split the only one they could get you. The alcoholic drinks are a waste of money, don't even bother ordering. You might as well order a virgin cocktail, because that is all you are going to get for $10. The food is bar type food that is mediocre at best. The prices though would have you think you are eating at a more upscale restaurant. Heck, Burger King is more upscale then this place. Used to have great food here, and it was worth something. If you could order one thing, let it be the fry bread, everything else is not worth the wait, or your hard earned money.

My family and I had two separate meals at The Warm Springs Grill but I will review one of them…read moreright now. Last night (the first meal) we had experienced their dinner service. We had ordered the buffalo wings, the steak salad, the meat and cheese platter, the kids spaghetti, and the bison burger. Although the food adequate it was below average for the expectations my family and I had for this quality of a resort. The waiter was obviously unhappy, and seemed specifically irritated with the most minimal of requests. For example when our appetizer (the buffalo wings) had arrived, we received a very small container of blue cheese. Because we requested a double order of the buffalo wings it would be standard to provide a larger portion of the condiment. The waiter was irritated with our request for additional dressing. We are willing to pay for extra anything but the complimentary attitude is not needed. There was a silver lining to this story however, their bison burger was unlike any burger I had ever had in my life, although the presentation of the bison burger is in a open face manner, it was delicious none the less. At first my son thought that one of the buns was missing. He asked the waiter "how do you eat this" the waiter again seemed irritated by our need for additional service, and gave us a look of "what are you stupid". Eventually we uncovered that the burger is intended to be folded in half. The steak salad was nothing more than wilted greens and 3 slices of thinly sliced poor quality steak. Not impressed. Finally from the children's menu my daughter ordered the cheese tomato pasta. There was about 23 cents worth of noodles, and looked like something dumped out of a spaghettiOs can. In general, the greatest area of opportunity for this restaurant is the service.

Small portions of Food Services frozen hash browns. Gravy on biscuits almost devoid of sausage. Nothing wonderful at all. Oh, the coffee. Absolutely awful. Hope they become professional servers and don't discuss yesterday's 'take' in front of customers. I am not interested in overhearing two women discussing this. When asked how we enjoyed our breakfast, I said it was ok but we loved and missed the fresh hash browns. That there used to be sacks of fresh potatoes in the hallway. The waitress said, "there were sacks of potatoes in the hallway? They grated their own potatoes? I'll have to check into that ..' What? I said, vyes there were. Everybody knew it. The table was filled with breakfast favorites. We ordered hotcakes, eggs, bacon, potatoes, and huevos rancheros. Our server was fun and easy to chat with, which added to the relaxed feel of the morning. Nobody rushed us, and breakfast with friends is one of those things that shouldn't be rushed. Will we be back? Probably. Cottonwood Cafe feels like a place where locals and visitors can both feel at home, and it was a nice way to wrap up another great trip to Sisters. After we sat down and started looking over the menu, our very friendly server came to take our order. Before she did, she apologized and told us she had some bad news--they were out of a few items. Unfortunately, it wasn't just a few things; it was almost the entire menu. They were out of bread, buns, and lettuce, along with several sandwiches, including the Reuben. She even asked if we wanted to stay given how many items were unavailable. I had been looking forward to their amazing smash burger, but since they were out of buns, that wasn't an option. Instead, I ordered a parfait bowl with a side of potatoes, and my mother ordered the buttermilk pancakes. This situation is unfortunate not only for the customers, but also for the servers, who are left trying to provide good service despite having so many menu items unavailable. Sadly, this experience was disappointing enough that we won't be returning.
