My car died and the battery would only hold a 39 percent charge. I didn't know you never put my battery back into my car ( the one you said the auto parts store had over night to charge) and I had to purchase a new battery rather than have my battery which was less than 9 months old in the car and if it was defective it would have been replaced under warranty which is why I called and texted many times during the after noon but could not wait any longer and had to spend 300 dollars. You owe me at least 300 dollars plus a list of items..... Such as agreement to repair at my house: only to be asked to have it towed to yours- 150.00 Broken fax clutch and fax- 300 or so Over a week without a car for a job that has an 8 hour estimated time. After checking what was the problem, it turned out to be a computer issue. The computer part that was not working needed to be replaced, so Raj looked and found only 2 used parts (the part needed was no longer available), so he ordered and tried both parts, neither was working correctly. So he took the original bad part and sent it away to be fixed at a place that fixes computer parts. He put it in, did his adjustments and the jeep runs fine. It turned out to cost a grand total of $350.00, for time/labor and refurbished part. Like I said, he is an honest person. Don't be afraid to try his shop out if you need an honest mechanic.
