I called ITech and spoke to Tony. His calm demeanor and reassurance on the phone was comforting. He gave me the choice of waiting for Monday to do the repairs, or pay the additional emergency charge and have them come out right away. I opted for the right away and was glad I did. Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. He ended up quoting me over $13K for a panel replacement (not even an upgrade- $15K for upgrade)!!! Insane. Then he was being extremely pushy and pressuring me that my issue was urgent and I needed to decide that day or my house would burn down (spoiler alert- it didn't). I had 3 other electricians quote for the same work in the $4-6K range which included the panel upgrade so we ended up getting it done by someone else for less than 1/3 of their quoted price.
