We decided to use Jeff's services because of all of the other fantastic reviews and the fact that his prices were lower than the other folks we contacted. All I can say is that Jeff was simply amazing! Now granted, we've only been a part of one other home inspection, but his professionalism & attention to detail were unparalleled. Jeff performed an inspection on a mobile home I intend to buy. I know absolutely nothing about the construction of a mobile home. Jeff was very thorough and that is what I wanted and needed. This review is long overdue as I've been working with Jeff and his amazing team for about 5 years. I explained to him to inspect the roof before installing the solar panel. I wanted him to inspect the house as well. I followed and he suggested how to fix the problems he found. I received the report quickly and the price was reasonable. The surprise was that he returned and inspected the roof for free after the solar panels were installed. My experience with Eagle Eye was excellent from start to finish. They were able to schedule an inspection in only three days. I met Jeff, the owner, at the house. He was a few minutes early. He was very pleasant and professional and invited me to accompany him as much as I wanted. He showed me what he was looking at and what he found. Currently in escrow on a mobile home. The first I had heard of Eagle Eye Inspections was looking at a for-sale property. My agent and the selling agent were talking and both said they use Jeff at Eagle Eye. They both could not say enough good things.
