Joe's Car Wash is my spot to fill up my tires with air. It might sound kind of strange to have a "favorite" air spot but Joe's is definitely it. It's free, it's reliable, and it's convenient. There's nothing like having the extra anxiety of a tire light come on and Joe's is there to lower that anxiety and raise that tire pressure. There's two air hoses on either side of the building that are long enough to reach every one of your tires in one go. The car wash area is also clean and well lit and often times the owner or manager will stop by to ask if you need any help. I think we've all had to use a sketchy air pump in the corner of a seedy gas station with a card reader that may or may not steal all of your money so it's comforting to know that Joe's is the exact opposite. This place is fast and affordable. You can change the settings on a car wash to do pretty much what you want. you could just rinse it off. You could just blow dust off your car. You can soak it down and then do wax. basically any of the combinations, depending on how dirty your car is. it takes a debit card so you don't have to worry about having quarters or cash and they have nice air fresheners and vacuums at the end you could spend anywhere from $5 to $10 to clean your car based on your car cleaning combination love this place. Google seems to be misleading people somehow as they've got a higher rating there but do not use this facility. The owner is in a systematic and Corrupt method of doing business by charging a maximum amount. I should have paid seven dollars ended up with a charge on my debit card for $30 now I have to go through a dispute process and waste my time. WARNING: Avoid this place at all costs! I regret not checking the Google reviews before coming here. Many customers, including myself, have been overcharged beyond what they actually used. I was charged $34.00, and when I went back to request a refund, an older white man dismissed my concerns and handed me a "Free Car Wash" coupon instead. He even tried to blame me, claiming I didn't press the "green button" to stop--when I know for a fact that I did. Frustrated, I made the trip there only to leave without a resolution. To make matters worse, he pretended not to be the owner. When I insisted on a refund, he said he'd call "the owner"--only to later return and offer nothing but another coupon and a free wash for that day. Really? Based on Google reviews, this seems to be their go-to tactic when people complain. During our conversation, I called him by his first name, and he didn't even deny it. (I wanted him to know I knew he was the owner. LOL) what a liar.. can't even own up to his own stupidity, he had to call "the owners huh". When I told him I'd be warning others about this scam, he smugly replied, "Well, let them know I offered you a coupon too." As if that justifies overcharging customers! Although my boyfriend had been coming for years, this was my first time! Yes the service is nice, place clean and well kept with that advertises and amenities... yes, but the customer service!! The older gentleman that helped us was so friendly, polite and also caring. He was going around asking on the vacuum side who had washed in spot 3 because the credit card was still running money. When I came back later to ask about it, the owner was in his office, still working late, which I really respect at a self-service car wash. He kindly told me he had set the bag aside and was waiting for someone to come back and claim it. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his business. He greets customers when he's outside, and I've even seen him hand out free hand towels just to make people feel welcome. I like diy car washes and Joe's seems to be what I've been searching for. This car wash has staff so you can ask questions. They have towels available for purchase if you have quarters. I believe the pricing structure was about a dollar a minute, and I ended up using about 8 minutes. Solid car wash location. I will say that after the wash my car still had some spots and stains. It wasn't clear to me if that was due to user error or if Joes soaps are not strong enough to remove all the stains. I will scrub more harshly next time and see what happens. read more

I can't recommend this place. First, be careful when using debit card. Most people think that when you turn the dial to STOP, you wash is over. If you don't hit the glowing green button on the card reader your card will continue to get charged. Second, I was fully aware of this. Washed my car yesterday, pressed the green button when completed, ready flashed $10.75 charged to card, I checked bank balance and $22.75 was charged to my card. It basically means that even at 4 in the morning or 2 in the morning you can come and get your car washed, although it's only manned with employees during the daylight hours. Very affordable as well, I usually take my time and only end up spending $13-$15 dollars. Safe, well lit location with great staff. I visit many self car washes and this one surpasses them all. Tonight around 930pm I was visiting and an employee named Blaire was there and he was so helpful. He was checking in at each bay, making sure things were working properly. He was even seeing if anyone needed a cold water bottle. I have never seen such amazing customer service at a self car wash. He took time to make sure I knew how to properly dry my car, after I asked him a question about it... Overall I was very very happy, considering purchasing a membership because of this experience. Took my vehicle here for the first time as I'm from out of state and was visiting the area. Employee on property happily explained how everything worked and there were many options for products to utilize. However, I found a few flaws with their car wash. For one, it was quite expensive at $1/min. Next, the water pressure was quite mediocre and required me to use my own sponge and brushes I brought with me to get all the grime off. Also, the rinse option took nearly a minute in itself to revert to just water after using the soap option. I found these all to be deceptive business practices when compared to the countless self service car washes I've visited over the years. read more

I am so impressed with this place. I had never been to a manual car wash before and this place exceeded my expectations. Luke, welcomed me when I pulled up and gave me the instructions for the machines. He was really nice and helpful. The car wash was easy to use, the soap smelled great and the water pressure was amazing. The vacuum area was clean and offered 3 different scents for your car. I also enjoyed the music they were playing and how cheap it was. I would recommend wearing clothes and shoes you don't mind getting wet. Overall, really like this place and will be back. I used to bring my Jeeps to Joe's and even had the monthly on them. I kept talking to the guy running the place about the pressure. He never resolved it and I cancelled and decided not to come back. Three years later I went back and it's still the same. Not sure why they won't fix the pressure. Whenever I asked it was always something about harming the paint... but the pressure was like a water hose sprayer (not exaggerating). The presoak and other items seem to not be working well either. I think this place is ok if you have a clean car. It just really needs some function to it's products if it's going to continue being a destination. It doesn't take much to kill off a customer base. Overall I like this Car wash. I happened to see it on the way to Whole foods one day and was excited it was so convenient. I'm a millennial who doesn't carry cash so I love that you can pay with card. The 3 stars comes from the weak the suction on the vacuums. I tried to do my regular cleaning and was annoyed at how long it took. At the spot I normally go to, it doesn't seem as safe but I also only have to be there 15 minutes max because those vacuums are built to suck up everything that's not attached to the car. At the end of the day...I'd rather reject a panhandler every now and then than spend $30 trying to suck up the 2 month old French fry between my seat so I just went to my regular spot and finished in 10 minutes. read more

I was greeted by Joe, the owner, with a smile and helpful attitude, which was nice. He nephew, John, was also so nice and helpful, and even offered me towels and an air freshener gratis, which was lovely and appreciated. Joe's son, Micah, was also really helpful and friendly; every time I started walking toward the door for something, he was right there to help, he also has great taste in music, LOL.
