My fiancé and I went to play Mini Golf! They have two 18 hole courses! We were impressed because there aren't many outdoor mini golf places in the Portland area and many are much smaller! Even the indoor mini golf spots are very short courses that almost make it not even worth going. This was a great deal at $13 per round each. They even do a free round for your birthday! If I could give zero stars I would. I have waited for months for a response from this club's owners. Some intoxicated golfers drove a golf ball straight at me while I was literally just walking by the course on a sidewalk minding my own business. This was my regularly walking route. It literally broke a crown on a tooth and after months of recovering where I could not chew and had constant pain, it left me with a knot of scar tissue on my jaw. My doc said they could have killed me (look it up, you'll find lots of cases). The intoxicated golfers laughed at me hysterically and did not try to help. A couple seeking to schedule an event at the course helped me to the managers' office where an assistant got me some ice to put on it while I reported what happened. The couple also insisted that the men be removed from the course. The assistant called the starter and asked that the men be dealt with -- she knew who they were -- but resisted. By the time she got to the course she said they were gone. I asked for their names and she (and the club manager) refused to share them making it difficult for me to file a claim against them. I asked her and the club manager to make sure these guys were never allowed on the course again and she agreed that that was how she would handle it. Within a week, a neighbor who lives in proximity to the course and whom I shared their photos with saw the men back on the course. It gobsmacks me that golf clubs aren't held responsible when they serve alcohol to clients and their clients assault someone walking by. In any case, this place stinks of wealth privilege, and could care less about the community where their property resides. The only reason I didn't sue them is a local news media is researching incidences such as this and plans an expose. read more

I'm super excited that I played mini golf here with my daughter and ate at the lodge afterwards and can't wait to bring more friends and try their par three and soccer golf! This is a great location, beautiful grounds and well priced. They should create a separate Yelp for their new eating venue "The Lodge" because the food and service there were spectacular! I really don't know that you're going to find a better mini golf course than this one. I have probably been to 50+ mini golf courses around the United States and this one has that WOW factor that many others don't. There are a couple different courses to pick from and the "green" was very well maintained, almost looked brand new. The breathtaking view is also a major factor here. I am personally not from the Oregon area, so I am in constant awe of the mountains, trees, flowers, and weather. There is also a fully stocked bar, snacks, and I think even a restaurant maybe? I'd come back next time I'm in the area. This place was awesome! Staff was friendly too. read more

This review is dedicated to a certain Ruth P. :) She drew my attention to Eagle Landing Mini Golf with her fantastic 8 pictures of the same "dirty smelly fountain". Like, she took 8 pictures. I just had to see, and smell, what she was raving about. Unfortunately, when we showed up, we were disappointed. There was no dirty smelly fountain!! What was expected to be a gross mini golf course was actually a fantastically clean and well spent evening! I loved eagle landing, it was beautiful! They had great holes and good service, whoever was working the booth yesterday deserves a raise. He was funny. They didn't even get mad when I sent a ball flying! It was unintentional, of course. I I added some pictures of the aforementioned "dirty smelly pond" so you can see for yourself. Overall, 10/10 would recommend. Great price too. read more

Typically, we have an awesome experience here. My client, who has autism, and I come here frequently to play mini golf. The deal is $5 for clients in the IDD community and free for providers--an insanely great deal! We've had zero complaints in the past two years. My client was thrilled to receive a $5 off coupon and we went excitedly today to redeem it. However, the pro shop employee was visibly annoyed and said, "Wow, I suppose you think you're going to play for free, then?" My client, unaware of the underlying passive-aggressive tone, replied "yes!" thinking the employee was being playful. The employee audibly scoffed, making the situation extremely uncomfortable. I then asked, "What do you think about that?" To which he replied, "I think you should pay $5." I paid without contest. I have absolutely no problem paying $5; it's an incredible deal. However, I have a huge issue with how we were treated and the lack of direct communication. The $5 deal is specifically for the IDD community, so it does not make any sense to not honor it. Additionally, the coupon did not mention any stipulation that would negate the deal. We are genuinely confused by this treatment. Is it about the money, or does this company truly care about supporting the IDD community? Why offer this deal if you're not committed to honoring it? When dealing with customers who have intellectual or developmental disabilities, such treatment is completely unacceptable. The IDD community is extremely disappointed in this situation. read more

Probably one of the best miniature golf experiences that I have had. Why? The golf course is located in a beautiful scenic place where it looks out to the mountains and trees. Just gorgeous views. Our kids also had a ton of fun playing the 18 hole where we spent about 2 hours here. It wasn't too crowed so it was nice to play w leisure. There were many benches and trash cans all around to keep the players well rested and the facilities clean. If you lost your ball in the ponds, there are fish nets conveniently located nearby to fish them out. I thought the prices were really fair. There was a wedding going on so we got to enjoy the music from afar. After mini golf, we enjoyed drinks and snacks at their restaurant. It was all very relaxing. I thought this place is a hidden gem or a best kept secret for locals. So happy I found this place so we can soon come back. read more

We have played mini golf with our boys and daughters here and had lots of fun! Spent so much time laughing when we lost our ball in the water features! Everything is well kept. Yes there were leaves everywhere at the time we were there but the wind was blowing so that's not their fault! It was busy and so that means it's a place to go. I feel like this course should come with a disclaimer and bag of free balls because you WILL lose a LOT of balls here if you don't stick every SINGLE tee shot on the green. So while the price to play is cheap, it won't be by the end if you add up the cost of all the balls you'll lose here because, they don't mow their fairways AT ALL. We've played here on the 18 hole course a few times in the last few weeks recently, and basically if you don't hit your ball right onto the green, you're going to lose that ball because the fairways are SOOOO deep. We aren't talking about hitting from the rough. This is not even a rough, it's just straight up foot long grass that starts after the tee box until the green. It seems as though the fairways literally haven't been mowed in 5-6 months and whenever they last did, the clippings were left on top making big nests of dead grass, an abyss for all your balls that don't stick on the green. So bring a lot of extra balls if you play here, you'll need them because even when we were certain we knew where our ball landed right in front of the green, the grass was SO crazy thick we each probably lost 6 balls. Add that up and you're talking about $40 extra bucks with all the balls that will be so deeply hidden in their un-mowed grass that it's not worth the trip in my opinion. I mean, I'd literally pay for someone to mow their grass for them because it's a really cool course layout, I just don't want to spend $40 extra bucks on balls losing balls here in their crazy tall grass. I'd love to go back if they decide to mow. read more

The fairway grass hadnt been cut in a couple of weeks by the looks of it. Plus heavy grass clippings covered the fairway. I lost a couple of balls mid fairway due to tall grass, heavy clippings and mud (not their fault). Unacceptable the grrens maintenance. read more

When my 2 stars indicate it "could've been better", that is even a stretch. My husband and I have not played putt putt golf since we were kids and we had been so excited when we saw the course at Eagle Landing, we really couldn't wait to go. Well, we got our chance this past weekend and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. First of all, it is a gorgeous place up in the trees but the pictures are hugely deceptive. As we made our way to the "golf shop", a joke in itself but we werent there for any serious golf. We were "greeted" and this I say loosely because the older man (the only other person in there besides us) didn't say anything to us when we stepped in the door and we thought he was another customer until he went behind the small counter. We had no idea of what we were doing when he did offer up some info saying to pick a putter and a ball. He did not offer us a choice between the 2 courses, and so we had no idea of what they call, The Gold Course, until we played right next to it. He, also, did not suggest that we take a score card and we only found out by seeing other golfers laughing as they jotted down their scores. My husband and I are VERY COMPETITIVE and this would've made a big difference. I tried to spark up a conversation as we love to do when we are out and about BUT it was received with a forced almost smile. It seemed like he would have rather been anywhere else but there. Retirement time?! We played 18 holes in less time then it took us to drive there because the course is smaller then their parking lot. There ARE NOT any Lighthouses to shoot through as the windmill almost hits you, no clown mouths to shoot through, no snack bars that we saw, no fun new memories of our childhoods recreated, etc. NO FUN! NEVER AGAIN. read more

Soccer golf is so much fun. Just go. You get a soccer ball. There's a tee for each hole. You line your ball on the tee and aim toward the hole with the same number. You get your steps in and reduce your stress all at the same time. We did it on a cold day in the mud and were laughing the whole time. read more

Please read the whole post as the two is more indicative about the golf itself and how the staff misrepresented the entire ordeal. However not everything is horrible. First of all this is a beautiful little course and they have maintained it nicely. Secondly they advertise it as a par 3 and it is really a par 2! The longest drive is 85 yards. You can honestly play this with your nine iron or a wedge and a putter depending on your level of skill. I have played lots of par 3 courses and this is one of the prettier ones you'll ever see however it is hilly and that is what brings me to my issue. I have an injured leg which prohibits me from being able to walk challenging terrain and distances. if things are hilly or has a steep incline or ruts, it causes me a great amount of pain and swelling which will usually put me out of commission for 1 to 2 days. Normally on a full size golf course I would rent a golf cart but if one is not available I can play relatively flat courses with minimal pain. I called this golf course before I came out and asked how hilly it was as I had never been there before. The man said the 9th hole and the 18th hole had a hill but other than that it was fine. I told him I had an injured and is really important that it's not super healthy or Ruddy. He assured me that it was fine. when I arrived, I looked out at the first hole and it was a straight dip down. as I asked him how hilly the course told him I was the man that just called, he restated his comments about only the 9th hole and the 18th hole. Before I could ask to take a look he had already rung me up and was asking me for my payment. at first I thought it was rude and that he just was overly anxious, so I gave him my card and paid my money. it is a very good deal if you don't have a bad leg! $12 for unlimited golf at this time of year is pretty fantastic, unless you have a bad leg. I walked out to the first tee and teed off and the entire course was a straight sloped down until you got to the fourth hole which was a steady incline up over hills. It was very much like playing Scottish links courses only a bit more hilly. Which in case you are wondering, I do not play Scottish link courses because they hurt my leg. by the time I got to the 7th hole I was in so much pain I wanted to quit but I still had to walk up the steady grade to get to the eighth and ninth holes to the parking lot. So even though I had unlimited golf for the day my leg was completely swollen by the time I got to the 8th hole. so overall if you are healthy and able to walk and enjoy a very short game or want to work on teaching someone how to play golf, this would be an excellent spot. If you have any kind of problem with your mobility this is not the place for you. I always question the business when the staff has questionable integrity. Based upon that, I will never come back here. read more

This place is the bomb.com. I'm not sure if you can get a cooler golf course, a more breathtaking view, or have a better time. It will always have a soft spot in my heart, since my early teen through adult years were spent right next door to it, so I would sit and read, enjoying the view during their closed hours often. I also run past it almost every day on my jog. I've been here a couple times for the mini golf, and the staff was always upbeat and helpful. They have a great drink selection (my party went with Angry Orchards) and the time spent here will put you in the best of moods, win or lose. Everything is kept clean and beautiful,and they somehow manage to get just the right balance of classy and laid back. You guys are totally doing it right, keep up the spectacular work! read more

Review of The Ledge at Eagle Landing Happy Valley Had dinner at the Ledge September 1st, our second time eating at this this new venue at the Eagle Landing golf course. On our first visit on August 10, Chef Dulin was there and we thought the food and drinks were great and the setting and view very nice. What a difference three weeks makes. Yesterday Chef Dulin wasn't there. The bartender was also different and looked barely old enough to drink. I wouldn't rate the food more than a 2 out of 10 - it was just so so. The buns on the chicken sandwich and burgers were different and not as good; the french fries were different and not as good; buns were cold, fries and sandwiches were not hot, just sort of luke warm. Another disappointment was the Margarita - three weeks ago it came in a the same size plastic cup as they use for beer and had an ample amount of tequila and Cointreau; this time it came in small cup half that size, about the size of a child's juice cup or an ice cream cone, not sure if it had any tequila, and the tiny thing cost $10! I would go to The Ledge again but only for a beer after Par 3 or Miniature golf, not for food or cocktails. It might be better if Chef Dulin is there so call ahead. read more

The greens here were in terrible condition when we visited in July on the South 9 holes. Some greens were super dry and really brown. The card reader wasn't working at check in, so they let us play for free since we didn't have cash to cover it and no ATM around. The North 18 holes have greens in much better condition so play these if you visit this spot, avoid the South side. The mini golf course is pretty cute and this is nice short par 3 good for beginners and kids. read more

Once upon a time I foolishly believed living on the outskirts of Portland would be "no big deal" so I lived in Clackamas. I was so young and naive... There were some perks, of course, like discovering an awesome golf course with miniature golf right smack in the middle of a gargantuan course. The miniature golf course is exactly what the name implies: a miniature golf course. There's no windmills, no clowns, no blinking lights. It's a miniature version of a full-sized golf course with sand traps and hazards set by a babbling brook. It's gorgeous. The course faces west, which makes sunset play time amazing. I've played at Eagle Landing several times and never really encountered many other people making it a serene destination to flaunt your competitive edge and catch up with a friend. If you're ok stepping out of Portland for a hot second then I recommend taking in 18 miniature golf holes. You may have so much fun that you'll want to do the second course. Wait, TWO 18 hole miniature golf courses?! You read me right. Maybe leaving the Portland bubble isn't as bad as everyone claims. read more

Eagle Landing is a fairly new executive golf course. I would suggest you just bringing a putter and wedge through 8 iron (maybe). It's super short, the definition of "chip and putt". It's great fun for people who don't golf or are brand new beginners. Just make sure to inform them about etiquette and everything will be great. If you need to work on wedging, chipping or putting, this is also a excellent after work walk. They also have a putt-putt course which is also nice. read more

This is only for the mini golf course. I haven't played the par 3 so I can't comment, although it looks nice. Best putt putt in the Portland area. Well kept, interesting holes, and well kept. It's about a 10 minute walk from our house so it's a nice sunny day family trip. The day we went, it started raining half way through, so the nice guy working gave us back the Entertainment Book coupon we used for next time. If I remember right, it was about $9-10/person. They also have signs up for birthday parties and such but I don't know anything about them. read more

I love taking my grandsons here to play foot golf. They have so much fun. Just imagine over sized holes laid out like a golf course and you use your foot to kick the ball in. So much fun. My boys loved it but I will say the bees were a little out of control. They needed to trim the grass and the flowers in the grass that attracted the bees. We had to avoid certain holes or miss holes all together because there was so many bees. read more

This place is absolutely amazing!!! I went here with my team of US Army Soldiers and they gave us an awesome military discount. We first started out by playing soccer golf which has a soccer golf dedicated course. The course was soggy because of inclement weather but we honestly didn't care. We all had a blast tossin back cold ones and getting muddy. We then proceeded to the mini putt golf course which was equally fun. The course is very well designed and has some challenging holes to keep it interesting. They have 2 18 hole courses, 9 hole soccer golf and 3 par course as well. We will definitely be back. Went to play golf.... Disappointed in the lack of care that is given to this course. I would recommend saving your money and playing Edgefield chip and put. Eagle landing seems to have cared more about their put put course rather than what got them into the golf business. First time coming back in over 5 years and I can truly say, it has gone down hill. This place is really weird, wouldn't go back! We went to play mini golf because we heard the course was amazing! It was okay but far from amazing. When we arrived the the whole place was closed up even though it was during their stated open hours. Upon a further look we found a note posted on the door stating to txt or call for someone to come and help you! We did and 5 minutes later a very young teenager came down opened up took our money, gave us clubs and locked up and left again. Wasn't worth the money and the drive for the total lack of customer service and the course being as short as it was. read more

This review is for the mini golf Love love love love love this course! 36 fun-filled holes surrounded by beautiful landscaping, trees, shrubs, flowers, fountains, running water. We were lucky enough to have the course to ourselves on a gorgeous Wednesday morning but even if there'd been plenty of other people, the landscaping would've provided some privacy from each other. The holes are just the right amount of challenging with clever "rough" and "sand" made of different piles of carpet. So many water hazards! There are ball-scooping nets placed all over the course. The challenge comes from large rocks, contoured terrain, blind bends in the course, and gaps in the border walls with water, rocks, or tall grass waiting on the other side. I like that they don't resort to kitchy loop-the-loops, windmills, etc. Some of the "grass" carpet is a bit worn but the man in the caddy shack told us they have plans to refurbish the course soon. We paid $22 for two adults to play all 36 holes. There are two 18-hole courses side-by-side. The Green course is a bit easier than the Gold course. Plenty of putter sizes and ball colors to choose from. Every staff person we encountered was so warm and welcoming, I wanted to confess "We're just here for the putt putt!" This was a fantastic place to have a little fun. I can't wait to return! read more

You may think we're crazy but it still happened...it was my best friends birthday, in the month of December! After a few Google & Yelp searches I was able to find a place open all year round. It's so hard with a winter bday to enjoy certain activities to their fullest so when I came across this place it was like luck had struck! It was as windy as you could imagine, and just as cold- dress warm and wear gloves, it's the only tip needed and followed. Since it was that certain time of year where everyone is bundled inside next to a heater, we were out there on the course alone. It was confusing at first but it was our first time here- although it's safe to say it won't be our last!! They have a birthday special (ID proof required) for a free game. The ladies in the office were so sweet and patient, although completely baffled as to why we were crazy enough to be out there. Our visit was a memory that'll last forever. We played both mini golf courses, 18 holes each, the course was fun, some of the holes need updating, and you can't help the leaves or debris since the wind has a mind of it's own- but an update on the course layouts (re-apply fake greens) and shine/clean up the obstacles on the grounds. You can see that it's a well loved & played through place. Maybe when next time we might play one of the actual courses!! read more

This is the best mini golf course I've played on. I've been here almost ten times since it's the closest to my house in Clackamas & every time the employees are extremely friendly which is important to me. The course is excellent with 36 holes of beautiful outdoor greens winding through a nice garden that has a wonderful water feature that includes curving rivers that connect waterfall pools throughout the course. Each hole is far superior & a lot more fun than any indoor place because some of them curve, & snake, or rise, or fall, & some even go through tunnels & give you options of which direction you want to go! U can also buy alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks & some snacks at the little pro shop. Of all the mini golf in Portland this is far better than any indoor places & I highly recommend it!
