Terrible experience here at Gresham golf this guy an his older 50's tried running me over in his cart an continued to chase me down while I was puting around just because I had my e-bike and not a golf cart like the rest of the guys. Very unreasonable customer service. I was told at the front desk by this very disrespectful man that I could use my e-bike as a cart after pleading with him. if it's busy, don't even bother. i'll tell you why. had a tee time that was scheduled in advance. got a call 2 hours before the schedule tee time, from a lady there saying that they are unable to release carts for our t time. the lady said they have a bunch of people walking on 20 mins late to their tee time. 1, why are you all letting people still golf if they aren't showing up on time? 2, why are you still letting people make reservations knowing you're behind? 3, we had a family senior coming out to golf with us tonight whom also traveled 3.5 hours to get here. you called us to tell us you were extremely behind that we couldn't have a cart. we NEED a cart for our family member. i don't care how busy you are, as a business you advertise what is available. when we make a reservation with a cart, we expect a reservation with a cart. not a call last minute saying it's unavailable due to your crappy scheduling. i work at a dr office & if you're late to your appt even 10 mins it's cancelled. not sure why the same doesn't apply here. save your money & go to glendoveer or rose city instead. & this happens way too frequently. (that carts are unavailable) *mind you we also spoke on the phone with them earlier in the day, where they could have told us then but didn't. read more

Stopped in on a Saturday for breakfast. Ordered, and waited 30 minutes! The waitress came over and said there was some mix-up! The mix-up was obviously that she NEVER placed my order! I finally got my breakfast after 55 minutes! The waitress "comped" my first coffee! Thanks for NOTHING! If you plan on going here for breakfast, don't bother, unless of course, you've got NOTHING better to do on a Saturday morning than sit and wait! read more

I've golfed here before and had great times... It sucks now. The guy in the pro shop was a jerk. His trash behavior was unnecessary and unwarranted. Then the course Marshall told us to pick up the pace when I would have been hitting onto a green with players in front of us still putting on it. I'm legit pissed at this place now. They ain't getting anymore of my money from here on out. Plenty of courses to play at that don't treat you poorly. What a shame. read more

my husband and i picked up golf during covid and have been frequenting this course for some time now. The course itself is nice and I enjoying playing it. The reason for the 1 star is for the lack of organization and the rude staff. The first tee has a pile up of golfers who have no idea whos on the Tee next. Have to approach each group and figure out tee times so we know whos next, no ranger in site. The pace of play is poor and always ends up being 5 + hour round. The last 2 times we've dealt with the same rude person whos attitude was unwarranted, Both times we finished golfing and went to the club house to see him there drinking loud with his buddies. This man behavior put a sour taste our mouths and we wont be back unfortunately. read more

Marshall's were rude in general and difficult about tee times. Place is poorly maintained but it is a good price. It was clear that because we were golfing with a younger group there was ageism and judgement on our ability by the Marshall's as well. I like Gresham G.C. it's approachable. Flat, easy to walk 18 holes. Fair pricing Cool bar inside, generous patio seating Two putting greens Friendly pro shop staff - no women's clothing, but I didn't need anything. Plenty of parking Some of the greens were a bit sandy. Refreshments shack that sits at an intersection in the course. Closed today, but more open in Summertime. Good place to score well. I used to play here 20 years ago and don't remember this course looking so beautiful and well maintained. The rates seem super reasonable and the staff has been very friendly. Can't wait to play a round here soon. Nice putting & chipping green. Maybe this is normal but their rates for kids 17 and under are only $5 for 9 weekdays and $10 weekends. I was told by the staff on a Saturday, "of course it's slow it's the weekend." So I took a day off and thought I play in the morning and have great day. We ran into their money group that plays every day at a time when you could hopefully get around in a decent time. We...waited..on..every...shot. Not hole, every shot. The marshal never said a word to them. He came up to them finally, on the 17th hole - really! The course knows they are slow. They should be only allowed 3 players per tee-time. I tried to talk to the club house staff about it but he wasn't having any of it. No apologies. These guys are their bread and butter. So just skip it. Just go to another course. It's not worth the misery. Too bad, the greens were in great shape. read more

Range is nice. Staff is great! The arrogance and pace of play of the men's club is hard to deal with for me. Nice guys, but would never dream of letting faster players play through and the thought of ever playing in less than a five hour round is out the window. If it is busy tell your loved ones I will see you tomorrow. (only kind of kidding) In the winter when it's wet, holes one and nine are almost unplayable. That is no fault of the course or it's management it is just nature. The course is easy to walk and is relatively flat. Good restaurant and bar, a lot of locals that are always friendly. read more

I go to gresham golf course often and invite others to join me as well. This is a very good golf course to play and has other good amenities for a good price. It has a nice course that is well maintained, a creek that runs through the course with old growth trees lining the fairways. It is challenging while still allowing any level of golfer to play. the marshals are polite and low key. I have never had any issue with the marshals. The sports bar that is there has great burgers with outdoor seating that looks down the tenth hole. I enjoy hanging out there after playing or practicing on the grass driving range. The people there are great and you can even get some inexpensive golf lessons to improve your game. Don't miss this course and you owe it to yourself to at least try it. read more

I traveled to Troutdale to work on a 2 or 3 day project that has turned into a week. I did not bring my clubs do to the length of the project. I called the club house for rates on the course and range along with rental clubs. I had nothing with me to play golf. The gentlemen in the club house did me a solid. He gave me the twilight rate early, balls, tees and a cart. The course is short, forgiving and average at best. When a person behind the counter takes care of you by going out of there way, That tells me I will return if I get the time on this trip and I suggest you do the same. read more

Year-round grass driving range makes for a nice treat especially for what you find in Oregon. No mats here. The course is pretty straightforward, tree-lined Fairways and not a lot of bunkers. Greens are large and relatively flat with slight slope. For a municipal course it's a great option and definitely worth the dollar. Can get slow on nice days but if you go later in the evening you have the course to yourself. Jim is a great instructor. Very patient and works with what you have, doesn't only teach one way. read more
