Snotty manager. Dog poop is a really big problem. Trash everywhere, dog poop station bags are always full.

Rented here for over a year, at first it was great but over time the new neighbors ended up being very unsavory. Cops were always at the complex, teens running around in the parking lot at 3am, dog poop ALL OVER, no playground for children (and there are alot of younger kids)..pool is nice but small for as many buildings / tenants they have. Rent is priced way too high due to it being a military town. They have only ONE maintenance man and another guy who helps out once in a while. I believe they have 250 apartments so 1 guy for that is not enough! Oh watch out for the carpet, it looks nice when you move in but the quality is not so good. read more

The two and three bedroom apartments are reasonable size and the shared parking is sufficient. The the three staff members are polite and generally helpful. The guy who does maintenance is wonderful and timely in his response to issues. On the downside, routine expectations are unfulfilled, such as management notifying individuals in advance of entering apartments, (unless it's an emergency) or even leaving notification of entry; the swimming pool being open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (in 2017 it closed a couple weeks prior to Labor Day and it is yet to open as of the writing of this review and multiple hot sweltering days for the kids out of school); and the mowing frequency is insufficient. It is understood that the apartments have been recently purchased by new owners, so it is uncertain whether things will get better or worse. read more

Do not rent here!!! I signed my license on 7/15/20. Have slept 1 night in my apartment the 24th. The 25th the toilet overflowed and flooded my apartment. Was told I would be moved to a new apartment and instead they said recleaned my carpet. I've asked to be released my lease since all I have gotten was the run around. Had issues with them when I moved in we signed a lease for a specific apt and move in date then they told us no it wouldn't be ready and tried to move us to another. After much arguing with the office I made them follow the contract they signed and was able to get my apt but they didn't make it easy. They promised us broken things in the apt would be fixed, we lived there 15 months and nothing got replaced. After moving out they will find any ridiculous thing they can to not return your security deposit. I got billed for cleaning prior to them receiving an invoice from the cleaning company? I lived in these apartments for 6 years. I have seen the transition between managers and owners. The current manager, Ms Yadira Cruz, improved by leaps and bounds how the apartments were managed, improved the quality of the grounds and environment, and made sure that people's needs were attended to. The parking lot was repaved. Less people leave their trash out. They check and spray for bug control. Dog owners are more mindful by policing their own dog's business. Light bulbs were replaced to illuminate the breezeway. There were events hosted for the complex. Ms Cruz clearly understands the business of property management, and has done wonderful thing to make one's stay at Quinton Point a pleasant experience. EXPECTATION MANAGEMENT: 1. The quality of people is not in a rental property's control; however, hou can be a change agent for good by being an example, or calling the police. Let management know instead of just complaining or posting misleading reviews. Be part of the improvement. 2. Open disclosure: Refunds for deposits take NINETY DAYS after you close out. Not 90 minutes, not a week. THREE MONTHS due to current processing situation. Odds are, you've been told that this is the situation. Plan accordingly. It's not the manager's fault. If you think you have a better method, I suggest you submit that to the owner, but do your research first. 3. Construction predated the current management and owners. Unless you move into a limestone or brick structure, it is what it is. Be CONSIDERATE of others, you can be heard if you yell, throw things forcefully, or stomp. Blame the construction company. 4. Take advantage of the bugs check. This is great. I don't know of any company engaged in proactive extermination. Also do your part. Clean up after yourself. Quinton Point has done better than most places in taking care of their tenants and maintaining their property. This is a quality property. Thank you, Ms Cruz and team! read more

if i could give this place no stars i would. Angie in the office is horrible, i don't think the woman has ever had any successful customer service interactions. they don't answer the phones consistently, they don't return calls and this last call she actually yelled at me and slammed the phone down. moved out sept 19th and they still have every excuse in the world as to why they can't get us our deposit refund *the check is in the mail right?* the apartment was drafty, and the windows cracked, the tack strips stuck through the carpet and despite repeated work orders they were not ever fixed. exterior lights were burned out the whole 11 months we lived there, and don't get me started on all the dog poop that fills any grassy area. Currently living here and it was a huge mistake. The water and electricity is extremely expensive for such a small apartment. The grounds are poorly taken care of, one of the office ladies is extremely rude. You can hear all of your neighbors because the walls are so thin and most seem to party all of the time. This place is a waste of money and I strongly suggest not moving here. read more

This place is great for military families as well as civilians, they have great amenities as well as plenty of parking spaces. The office staff is always professional and helpful, Yadira and Darian are always willing to help the residents. Juan the maintenance guy is very quick and also professional, every time I had any issues he is here in the next 24 hrs to take care of my issues. read more

I have been at this place for a year now. In this time there has been poop sitting in the walk way that hasn't been cleaned. The office managers have changed but for the worse! The new office personnel have misplaced my check (yet it was cashed) and I found out when they gave me a three day eviction notice! Now every month since I have had a balance due but the office personnel cannot tell me what the charges are. When I called to talk to the property manager the blonde female caught an attitude with me and refused to give the number for the manger. The office opened at 9 but the manger didn't show until 925. This place looks decent inside but it's not worth the issues! read more

I recently stayed at Quinton Point Apartments for a little over 3 months. I was Tdy at Fort Riley training Soldiers and was traveling with my wife and 3 dogs. I can only speak for myself, but I had no issues and enjoyed my stay there. Tina and Angie were overly helpful and eagerly answered my numerous questions and inquiries each time I called for additional information before we arrived. After our 9 hour trip from Texas we had a very uneventful move-in. We had completed our paperwork via Fax and Email prior to our traveling to Kansas. We did a thorough walk through and annotated "everything" that wasn't like new condition. Tina and Angie were helpful during our stay as well as Carl the maintenance man. I brought up anything that needed attention, and it was quickly handled. When we finally left due to the needs of the Army, they were understanding and worked with us. Let me make one thing clear...we left that 3 bedroom apartment cleaner then it was when we moved in, and we just received our deposit back. You have to be honest with yourself.... they have no control over "other people living there" if you have a problem report it. My wife and I picked up our dogs poop each time they went outside. we did see other dog owners not doing that. We reported it when we could. This apartment complex caters to families and pet owners, so understand where you are going and if you stay, abide by your lease and Clean, Clean, Clean when you leave.......It pays off in the end. We moved here hoping it would be nice and quiet. It has been nothing but people blasting music from their cars. It is very hard to get service from the office staff. The neighbors fight all the time. Police are always here. The biggest concern about living here is my wife saw a man smoking marijuana on his balcony the other day. We would rather pay out the remainder of our lease than live here any longer. read more
