When Merry Maids arrived, the apartment was already clean. The Merry Maids team stated it would take them 2-3 hours to complete the job. In reality it took 2 people nearly 5 hours! It is insane that it took 2 people 5 hours to clean such a small place that was already clean. In addition, they charged me $420 for their poor quality work. When I came back to check the quality of their work, they had missed multiple areas and had to have them come back to complete the job. I used another service when I sold my 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house and it took 2 people 3 hours and the did an amazing job. . I strongly recommend against Merry Maids.

I signed up for the VIP furnace and AC maintenance plan without batting an eye. I know it'll pay for itself in the long run by extending the life of my "mature" HVAC system. Their furnace maintenance was thorough, and the receipt included a detailed rundown of system pressures they took. They explained that these readings will be used as a baseline for comparison next year. They informed me about basic maintenance I can do. I'm curious about this stuff and like to learn, so I can do as much of it myself as possible.They even put easy instructions for annual water heater draining right on the unit. I have confidence in their integrity, that they will only suggest maintenance or repairs that are actually needed. Also, Leann went to bat for me when I ran into a snaffoo with my home warranty company, when they ordered the new water heater from Texas rather than getting one locally. Leann made extra calls to iron things out, got authorization to order a unit locally, and we had hot water pronto. Lawrence, thanks for your commitment to excellent service. We had the pleasure of working with Gary for new windows in our Topeka Condo. We then called Gary. He came to the condo and met with my daughter, he explained everything to her, took complete measurements and produced a quote of around 4k. I knew from my research that the windows alone were going to be costing me around 2k for quality windows. Then the installation. We contracted with Gary to do the job. This was just prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. We paid him the deposit for the windows. Well of course, then as one would say everything hit the fan with Covid-19. My pay was cut by 40% and so we were just banking it would take a while to get the windows from the supplier.. Well, as luck would have it, the next week Gary called me and said he had the windows and was ready to install. Wow... With my current pay situation, my wife and I hesitated on spending the last of the 2k, just in case we needed it to put food on the table. Gary was fully understanding, cooperative and worked with us. He simply said..... Give me a call when you feel confident to move forward with the installation! Wow... As things progressed my wife and I were making ends meet, so we called Gary to get the windows installed. We watched his crew arrive through the Ring camera (Since we were in Colorado and had mailed Gary the keys) and get the windows installed. A few days later Gary himself, inspected the job at the condo. Only after that inspection did Gary call me and tell me the job was completed.
