They are super sweet here. At a lot of salons I feel kind of unwelcome and rushed, but I never feel that way at Eagle Nails. They also have a policy of only speaking English (its posted in the shop), I guess it's so customers don't feel like they're being shit-talked? Some people might be happy about that policy, I don't care either way. They do great pedicures at great prices and as someone with extremely sensitive, eczema-prone skin, I have never had a problem with irritation from their products. I have been going to Eagle Nails (and no where else) for 8 years. Lily is great at what she does and keeps up with all of the nail trends. She is honest about the needs of your nails and charges fairly for her talent. I always get the same services; pedicure with hot stone massage/ gel nails and full nail set with designs. Occasionally, I will get my eyebrows waxed and she shapes them to perfection. I would recommend Eagle Nails to anyone who wants a nail set that lasts and great attention to detail. read more

As a first time customer I was happy they let me in before they officially opened up on a Sunday. One of the staff said it was okay. But I instantly regretted it. The vibe was off. I said good morning to manicurist who was assigned to do my pedicure and she acted like she didn't want to be bothered and said nothing. Mind you I'm being super polite since they let me in early. I managed through selecting a color. I asked for a square shape she said okay but then cut my toe nails way too short and I ended up with a weird uneven square round shape. It was so short she couldn't fix it because she was filing skin! She also kept repeating the cost of a spa treatment like I wasn't going pay for that service. Also, they didn't have any plastic tub liners at any of the stations. That should have been a red flag for me to leave right there. In the end, the spa experience was way below average, the massage was better, but 12 hours later my feet are itchy even after filing and washing, showering and moisturizing (3 times) my own feet afterwards. She even got a tip too! I won't be going back. No pics but take my advice and don't waste your time or money. read more

My daughter is a client here and I absolutely hate that she goes to this salon. The owner is abrupt and rude! They advertise that they take credit cards until its time to pay. "Cash Only" is what you are told. This is false advertisement and is also inconsiderate to any customers. Why? Because there is a fee to the owner to have that convenience for their customers. Only one woman does the acrylic nails (Lilly) and you now have to make a deposit to hold your appt! Honestly, I feel like that this salon only choses the people that they want as clients. I was really excited when a nail salon opened up at the end of my block. Went here to get a pedicure instead of driving somewhere. I sat there with my feet in water for more than 30 minutes until the water got cold. The water system wasn't on, so I just soaked my feet in still water. Then before my pedicure started the lady handed me the prices and noted that pedicures are more for men but can not tell me why? So I am paying more because you are doing less for my feet. No buffing of my nails, no polish. Will never go to this place again because of that and will not recommend it to any friends. That's just bad business. read more

I stared coming to this nail salon about 3-4 years ago when they first opened and it was amazing! Every experience was great & I was always satisfied with my nails & toes. However within the last year the nail salon went from 5 stars to 2. Every time you come there are new workers. You can never get a constant person. The manager of the shop has become very arrogant. She picks and chooses which clients she wants to service. ( mainly white or ones she thinks will leave the better tip) Regardless of who came in the shop first. This will be my last time coming to this establishment. I'd rather give my money to someone else that dosent make me feel inadequate to their other Clients! I go about every 2 weeks and I love them! They are pretty cheap for good quality nails. If there is any issues they fix them right away. All my friends and I go without any issues. I been going to this nail salon for over a year and she usually charges me $20-$25 on a pedicure. So when I went in this week they were very busy so I waited for an hour to get my feet done. Every time I go there i usually wait for an hour and honestly I don't care because they do such a great job but this week I went in to get my feet done and I wanted to get my nails done as well but I did not have time because I had to be in work in an hour so after my feet were done I had to leave and she charged me $40 just to get my feet done. Usually I've enjoyed my experience here, though recently it was subpar and i didn't want to write a public review without contacting the owner but i can't find their website. Typically they are kind and do a great job and treat you well and provide an above average corner nail shop experience. I was happy when they were kind enough to take a pedicure walk-in 30 minutes before closing. They had a few customers being serviced and told me to sit in the chair. I was ignored after that. Which is kind of understandable because they were busy with 2 other customers but usually when someone patiently waits for 30+ minutes an employee says be right with you or something along those lines. What was very bothersome though was soon after i sat down a man came in with two kids. I love kids and I understand kids can be a handful but these kids were very very rowdy and loud and aggressively playful. They ran across the room screaming for at least 25 minutes of the 40 I waited. They pushed the roll-y chairs across the room until they banged into things, including my chair, over and over. They screamed and screamed like in a high pitched non-business way. They ran circles around my chair and banged on it and pushed my things around and when one fell she cried and screamed. The (father?) vaguely reprimanded them but after a few seconds they were back at times 1000. kids are kids, i get it. but usually ppl go to a nail salon to chill and relax, especially on a friday evening. This experience was more like a saturday afternoon at chuck e cheese. I don't understand why this was acceptable. if you are almost done work and your husband and the kids are picking you up and your kids are rowdy as hell it is bad business to let them wait inside maniacally. if they can be chill and let others be chill who cares but an this was a real evening ruiner. i guess what I'm saying is if you go to this joint be careful bc you may have a great experience or you may be caught in a whirlwind of screams and terror and have your night ruined. i don't feel comfortable going here again, but I'm sure most of you will have good experiences, just don't go half hour before close. or maybe it's like most businesses, where they care in the beginning when they are a new business, but stop after a while and customer experience doesn't matter anymore. total bummer. read more
