Came in for a good old fashioned pedicure before a recent vacation. + Cash only. 75 cent fee (quite low) on their ATM. + Appointment and walk-ins both welcome. I came in at a random afternoon hour during the week and was seen right away, but they do clearly get very busy on weekends. + Prices are good! Less than $40 before tip for a standard spa pedi. + Decent color selection - brands like OPI and Essie available. There was a tricky language barrier between the technician and myself, and at one point my leg was burned by water that was way too hot and unchecked by my tech. I found the leg massage to also be too much and asked her to stop. I think as long as you can clearly communicate wants and needs you'll be good to go. Overall I would still 100% go back as my pedicure turned out beautifully and I appreciate the care that went into the whole experience. A good option for nails in the neighborhood! read more

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT HERE!! My friend and I came for a self-care date and we loved our experience. The staff was really kind and helpful! I had a hard type picking out a shade for my nails, but one of the girls helped give me options when I told her what I was looking for. They pay really close attention to detail when shaping and painting. Everything was clean and they even give you a shoulder/neck massage. Their dip is done very poorly and thick and lumpy. I had her re do one finger that was done so horribly and she got annoyed. I walked out and hated my nails but I'm 7 months pregnant and could not imagine sitting there another two hours to remove them. I called and asked for a refund and removal and they over complicated it not working with me on dates and wanted me to come back immediately to their sister property. I said I did not want to sit down 7 months pregnant for another two hours same day and I was hungry. They over complicated me coming back so I choose not to. Terrible customer service on their part and they need to hire better techs read more

Went in for a spa pedicure. The only "spa" thing about it was a slightly longer massage. No callous remover, no scented water, no scrubs. They use a cheese grater for your feet instead and the spots that would normally need a foot door, they file with a regular nail file rather than a foot file. She piled on the polish so thick that it chipped 2 days later. See photos. I scuffed one when I was drying it. They just polished over it and made it even thicker. I asked them if we could just remove it and reapply but...that didn't happen. read more

I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. They did such a great job and I had such a wonderful experience there. Best foot/leg massage I've gotten during a pedicure- that was so unexpected. ALSO best back massage during the manicure! They took their time, did not rush, made sure it was perfect and that I liked the colors as they went along. My nails are all different sizes right now so she asked what length I wanted to keep and tried to match as best as possible as she went along. The fact that they always asked if I liked it or how I wanted it to be, was so refreshing compared to most nail salons I've been to. Also I want to note that the guy who runs the place was so kind to the employees. It seems like a place the girls genuinely enjoy working. That randomly stood out to me. 10/10 experience. She clipped my cuticle so short that she made me bleed on two separate nails. I moisturize my hands first thing every morning, so my skin was not too dry. Both my gel manicure and my regular pedicure were very rushed. You can see the differences in the layers because they didn't go all the way to the edge of my nails. Gel manicure chipped the very next day. Would not recommend. Find yourself a different salon in the area. read more

I am a very picky person when it comes to nail salons, but I was so satisfied here. I got the spa pedicure and felt relaxed and comfortable every minute of the way. Had such a good experience here.. Jenny was so precise with my pedicure, and used the smudge brush several times just to make sure there was no stray polish on my skin. She gave the longest leg and foot massage I've ever had at a nail salon, and did not shy away from firm pressure... and then I was so pleasantly surprised by a shoulder and neck massage while my nails dried! My favorite spot in the city hands down before and during Covid. I tried doing my own nails for the majority of last year and I've missed this spot so dearly. The technicians are extremely patient and detailed. They noticed some inconsistent coloring on my toes which I never would have probably noticed since I got white polish and honestly have too much guilt to say anything even if I did notice - and fixed it immediately despite being pretty much done with the pedicure +added another 30 minutes. I'm really thankful for that and can't say the same for other places around Philly. They are extremely busy so I highly recommend calling ahead of time and making a reservation, especially if you're getting gel or both a mani+pedi. read more

I just had the best mani pedi of my life at this salon. Reasonably priced, clean, and friendly. Rachel was my nail tech and she was an absolute perfectionist in the best way possible. There is not a single flaw in my polish and my cuticles are also perfectly flawless. On top of the superb nail experience, I basically got a full body massage by the end of my visit. I cannot recommend this place enough! read more

O.M.G. Can I give it 10 stars? I just died and went to heaven!!!! They treat you so so sooooo well! I've been to several nail spas across the Philly area and this is by far THEEEE BESTTTTTT! During the pedicure, they spent massaging each leg for 5 minutes EACH. Anddddd the same for each hand.. ANDDDDD a neck/ back/ shoulder massage!!!! Whaaaaat?! AMAZINGGGGG Paid $45 for manicure and pedicure + $10 for designs on the two big toes and 2 fingers.. They were kindly also helped put my socks and boots on. I am DEFINITELY going back here. Overall, my gel manicure lasted over two weeks, but index left finger cuticle got infected. I probably won't be going back, but the owner was really nice and friendly. I think they need to spray the cuticle cutter before using not just put them in the UV light box or heater. read more

It was my first visit and I got a pedicure that was satisfactory . It's a Cash only salon with an ATM inside, the prices are reasonable and the nail tech was great and even fixed a nail that didn't fully dry and smeared. I would recommend scheduling appointments because it does get busy. read more

I've come here on and off for the last few years and quality and price remain consistent. It's nice spot that doesn't feel too over crowded like many other salons and all the technicians I've had the pleasure of meeting were very friendly. Definitely one of the most expensive pedicure I've ever paid for (i think normally ~$55) but definitely worth it! They give the most relaxing massages that could make you fall asleep in the chair. On top of that, even with just getting a pedicure, you get a foot massage AND a back massage which is just as relaxing. My two cons would be that they don't have as much of a variety of colors as I'm used to and they are cash only. Paying can be an awkward exchange because they only accept 20% or more tip so there has been once i went in thinking i'd have extra cash to grab a coffee but they "needed" it for tip. I'm so sad. I just moved to the area and was so excited to try this place as getting settled into the new city, I was definitely overdue for a nice manicure. I decided to try dip and I was hesitant at first because I didn't have a good experience in the past and was a gel girl. I explained that to the nail tech and she talked me into the dip. The vibe was fantastic and the employees, so kind. This was valentines day. Unfortunately less than a week later, the tips of 5 of my nails have chipped and I walked out paying $80. Came here for a pedicure! Made an appointment (they were very responsive via phone) and they were busy so I'm glad I did. That said, they would probably be able to fit in walk-ins if you're in the neighborhood. They do a good job keeping the place save during COVID - everything was clean, they had erected plexiglass between booths, and spaced people out every other seat. Now the pedicure itself went above and beyond. It took about an hour but included a leg/foot massage with stones and a back massage at the end. I was very pleased with the outcome of the pedicure (very neat) and the lady who helped me was so nice and sweet. In addition, the whole experience only cost $30!! It's a total steal for that price. I would strongly advise against dip or tips here. I went recently for the first time and in addition to them only lasting 2 weeks (they typically last 4-6), I have developed a nail fungus from the nails that were put on. I had not been to a salon in over 2 years. Most people come here for regular manicure and gel, so would recommend sticking to that which I think is what they do best. read more

I requested an additional callous treatment that I didn't receive - unless it's just a cheese grater? I am in town for the night and had mixed feeling overall but my nails look amazing. I was grateful that they squeezed me in on NYE. I had just had a manicure the week before but it was poorly done and the gel peeled off but I felt like my nails were in good shape and told the technician this. And then I felt like she was digging into my cuticles to get something that just wasn't there. I finally had to tell her that she was hurting me. It was also the longest manicure ever and we did two base coats, two coats of color, two coats of top coat and 8 times in the UV light. A neck massage was included, which was a nice bonus, and you get a discount for paying with cash. So it was aggressive and long but my nails look good - let's hope it holds! read more

I love this place. It was my first time here. The staff knew several customers that walked in by name, which told me they were good enough to have repeat customers. Irene did my nails. She was very detailed and took her time. I got a Manicure and Pedicure. There is a Huge selection and which happens to be my favorite nail polish. I am kind of picky with my colors and wanted something really fun. Irene was so patient and allowed me to take my time choosing. She even helped match the berry color I was specifically looking for. When the first color I picked for my manicure came out too light, she graciously removed it and helped me pick out a better color and The price is reasonable because pretty long massage at my legs and my were drying she gave me a pretty long shoulder massage too. I went to JC Fancy for the first time this week. My manicurist was Ari. She is amazing. Not only did my pedicure and gel manicure turn out well - she was so fun to talk to and as my nails dried - I got the BEST massage. Definitely go and ask for her! I feel like I finally found a nail salon in Philly where I'll want to go every time. Also - the salon is new. They just opened earlier this summer. The decor is cute, it's well lit, the chairs + stations are really nice, they have good magazines to read and they give you bottled water. read more

Look no further!!!! My sister and I were visiting my other sister in the city and stopped by for pedis. They were amazing! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! They gave the best leg massages ever and even gave shoulder massages while we were under the dryers, and we've had numerous pedis! This will be a regular stop when visiting Philly! I come here daily to get mini massages, pedicures and my eyebrows done. All of the ladies here are friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in. I rarely ever have to wait. Then I had two different nail techs and both were rough so I did not enjoy the process. The product is terrible and I write this review primarily to remind myself where not to return. I had two back to back trips and unfortunately didn't have time to go to a new salon to get a fresh mani/pedi so I was raggedy on my second trip.
