Excellent Post Office. My favorite and great customer service. Thanks for handling my mail while I was overseas serving the country.

The total shipment time took over 1 hour! The customer service is LACKING in every way possible! Will not return to this Postal Center!

The owner of this Business is beyond rude and disrespectful. I've had several experiences with him and each time he has been nothing but rude and disrespectful. I walked in today wanting to drop off packages and he wanted to charge me for each package that was pre-paid but I was dropping off at his business. When I asked him if there was a post office across the street he said I don't know. That's a complete lie there's a United States postal office one block from his business. Do you self a favor and drive the block to the post office. When I told him on my way out that he lost a customer and that I was going to post online my reviews he jumped out of his chair and chased me to my car yelling at me. I asked him is this how you treat your customers. And he continued to yell and berate me until I literally drove off. Absolutely unacceptable for any business owner to treat any customer the way this man treats his. I will never walk into that business again. read more

I walked in with a package that had a pre-printed UPS shipping label. The owner (or so he claimed) was rude and said he charges for the privilege of dropping off packages. He said, and I quote, "I am the owner here. I pay $2000/mo in rent so if I want to charge to sit and watch 15 packages all day, I will." I brought in 1 box. Never going here again! read more

Worst customer service EVER. I called about a package that my friend dropped off 4 days prior that still had no activity on the tracking number. The owner, or whoever answered the phone, insisted that everyone with a UPS package is told that they don't have a direct contract with them, so "it goes out whenever UPS happens to come by with something to drop off". I asked if UPS has been by this week, and his response was "Yes, but I was too busy to fish out the UPS boxes for him to take". Wow, ok. He then goes on a tirade about how much UPS charges him to take these packages, and about what an inconvenience it is for him. Umm, then why bother accepting UPS packages in the first place? Because he charges customers to drop them off, that's why. Clever. So I asked him if he still had my package there and, after some huffing and puffing, he found it. He then proclaimed that since it was "only ground shipment, not even an express package", it must not have been that important. Wow. As an added bonus, he then started apologizing to the customer that was in the store at the time and told me he was busy and had customers to tend to (what am I, exactly?????) and assured me he would give the package to the UPS guy when he came by today. I went to Eagle Postal Service to sent some letters through USPS. They were wedding invitations, so a little bigger and heavier than first-class mail. The charged me $2.11 each, and surprisingly the stamp said $1.20. I realized once they arrived; but and total rip-off! Never go back again! read more

Don't just look to 'YELP; for a review of this place. The supposed owner of this store charges unnecessary fees and says, "I pay $2000 a month rent here so I'll do what I want." Very unprofessional attitude and rude. You don't tell customers personal finance information about your business. He also charges more than a standard FedEx or UPS drop off location would. Also the goal of a business should be to keep the customer coming back, something he is obviously not concerned with. When you post an honest review on this site, he has them 'filtered.' Just look for yourself. He wouldn't have to have them 'filtered' if he adjusted his attitude. Then people wouldn't feel it was necessary to post the sub par reviews about his store, and believe me, they are not exaggerated and people should know. There, now go get this review 'filtered' Mr. Eagle Postal owner. I hope your rent really is $2000 a month if that's in fact true, and I hope it goes belly up. read more

DO NOT SHIP HERE - OWNER IS A DOUCHE. If you ask a simple question about shipping costs, he gets EXTREMELY defensive and starts yelling, going on a tirade like a crazy person. He raised his voice at me, when I wasn't even hassling him. He apparantly thought that if he yelled at me, it would validate his point? I just asked you a question. It's not our fault you are OVER PRICED. People, just take it to a regular FEDEX and don't give this idiot any more business. Saved $12 by taking it to a UPS store. Same shipping delivery - GROUND. I later found out, even the local FedEx store was the same price as UPS, and WAY less than what he was trying to charge but after leaving his store, I didn't feel like driving around and wasn't from the area so I just went to the next local shipping place I saw. He got mad just because I asked him why FedEx quoted me something WAY different on the phone and on their website, when compared to him. My shipment and dimensions were even less than what I entered on the website, and told the customer service rep on the phone. If anything, it should have been LESS....not $12 MORE. It's simple. Maybe he went off because he's having a bad day you say? If you are having a bad day, DON'T GO TO WORK. DON'T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wasn't disrespectful to you - so DON'T be disrespectful to me. Don't work in a shipment store if people shipping boxes are going to make you upset. He should not raise his voice, especially in a customer service type business. Lucky I didn't sock him one. Really stupid on his part. Should have known why the place was empty. When the FedEx driver walked in and said 'hi' to him (a person who sees him everyday and was nice enough to greet him), he was even rude to her. Shows you what type he is. He won't meet someone as nice as me the next time around if he keeps this up. Don't know how he's managed to stay in business. read more
