I have been going here for at least 20 plus years for inspections. Over the last 2 years, the so called techs they have working here have become a group of clowns! Last year I went to have an inspection done and it was a cold morning. They had their front garage doors open, but as soon as I pulled up, a guy came over and said, it will be a bit, WE need to go get propane for our heater. Both employees went to get propane. Why would it take 2 guys to go get propane? I left and went to Ray's instead. Today, I needed another inspection, so I thought I would give them another shot. I drove by and their was one car in the inspection bay, so I pulled to the side of the door hoping one of the lazy techs would notice me and come out to greet me. Instead, one guy was walking around doing nothing and there was a girl who was performing an inspection on the only car in the shop. She eventually saw me setting there and rushed out like she was mad, then yelled at me to park on the side of the building. In all the years that I have going here, I have always pulled to the left of the bays as most others do if there is a car in the bay for inspections, that way the tech sees me there. I guess this partulicular tech wasnt smart enough to assume I was there for business! I damn sure wasnt there to just hang out in the front of the building? Needless to say, I had enough of this place. I forgot to mention there were other times I had been there getting inspections and the guys in the shop were playing very loud music that had cussing in the lyrics while elderly people were waiting in the waiting room. That is just disrespectful toward your paying customers. This place deserves zero stars and they have lost my business for good and my recommendation as well. read more

It's obvious that the owner of this business does care about reviews or they would have done something about the terrible customer service by now. I had to work so my wife took our 2016 Ford F150 here for an oil change. I assure you I wish Walmart was open. She waited an hour before the work began and then another half hour to complete the work. REALLY, A FREAKING HOUR AND A HALF FOR AN OIL CHANGE!?!?!?!?! Then once they began and were already into the job, my wife was informed that they did not have the correct oil filter for our truck. She was not given the opportunity to halt the job, or to get a discount for the extreme inconvenience, she was told that the old filter would be placed back on and that she would have to go somewhere else to buy a filter and either put it on herself or have someone put it on. This to me sounds like the age old, "She's just a woman and don't know any better" thing. I would not recommend this business for any of it's services. I will not take my business back to them. The oil change was $82 total and that's without the oil filter. At Walmart we paid $45 for the entire thing including the oil filter. I don't know who these people think they are but I for one will spread the word.....STAY AWAY! And in reading other reviews, It is obvious that this place has a serious racket in overpriced services. These people, this owner should be very ashamed for treating people, including our military this way. read more

Dishonest crooks. That sums it up. They break something and blame it on Wal Mart. lol. My dads truck has never been to Walmart for anything. The so called manager has the worst attitude. We can't believe someone would let him deal with the public. read more

Worst service in Kaufman County. If you want to be ignored while standing at the counter (in a FILTHY lobby) as the techs shoot the breeze, this is the spot. Left and went across the street to Taylor's. Greeted immediately upon walking in the door, provided an ETA on when my car would be ready and offered me a ride. read more

Unfortunately I cannot post a Zero Star! Just had my vehicle inspected last year and passed. Now they're going to tell me it failed because of my tint. It is a legal tint! Even made sure before I got them tinted. Even had a copy of my receipt from last year passing the inspection. At any rate I don't usually post reviews but this his place sucks! There is NO reason that a oil change should ever be $70. I thought at least I would get a military discount to help alleviate the high cost, but no. I thought paying $40 was high for a oil change but I was in the middle of moving from Virginia to California for the Navy so I didn't have time to really scout out a good deal. When he said $70 I nearly had a heart attack. Stay away from this overpriced atrocity. read more
