I have never had to bring my car back for anything they did not do correctly. They never pressure me into any additional service, and they get the job done the same day. My wife took her car here about 2 months ago for an oil change, and they never put the dipstick…read moreback in. It was just dangling around in the engine. Not only that but they charged $100 for the oil change. So for about 2 months oil had been spilling out all over the alternator and completely ruined it. We took it to a friend's shop and the alternator replacement was around $900. Came back to this shop and they said that they couldn't reimburse us for the lousy oil change job or for the alternator fix. So long story short their oil change cost us roughly $1000. Not an establishment worth its salt in my opinion

He was fine until I didn't buy into his crap about my car requiring the highest priced oil change offered. His demeanor completely changed. Claimed I needed both a air filter and a cabin filter. That's funny... he never looked at them! If he had, he would have noticed both had been changed just this morning before I ever went there. He certainly didn't undo the glove box so he could get to the cabin filter. What a liar! Then, he let oil run all over my engine, down the headlights, and refused to clean it up. He got oil on my hood as well. He has absolutely no business being in any kind of customer service! I will NEVER be back. Ever.
