Good communications and was able to book cleaning for my apt. Overall cleaning was good. The assistant needed more guidance and one major instruction wasn't followed. That might have been not understanding, but I asked for deep clean off the stove exhaust fan and surrounding cabinets. These gather grease and dust. The fan was spotless, but the cabinets were barely touched as I could still see the food marks. That needs improvement. Pricing was a bit odd, for example 1 bed instead of 2 beds was only a few $ less. All in all, is use this service again. read more

I am so happy that I found Aracely here on yelp. I put out 5 quote requests and she was the ONLY one serious and professional enough to respond in a very timely manner. She brings all her own supplies, and she did an absolutely gorgeous job on our house! (We have had her back 2 or 3 times since, and she's consistently great and reliable.) We have laminate flooring throughout, so I was hoping that would be a priority, and it's perfect! Aracely & her lovely friend did the best job cleaning my house that any cleaner has done in years, for the same price. An old friend came over today and when he walked in said, "Oh my god! I've never seen your house look like this!" (This is a sad testament to the woman who had previously cleaned my house, who did it for the same price and did a terrible, horrible, no good job.) Aracely & Carolina work diligently & quickly & they are very meticulous -- looking inside light fixtures & the top of the cupboards (it may sound obvious but it's not). I'm trying to find a regular cleaner, so have have hired a couple of cleaners off of Yelp in the past 2 months and have been very disappointed (they remain anonymous because it seemed like they worked hard and I don't want to give them completely horrible yelp reviews -- they just did a terrible job). My husband and I were very satisfied with the services. We wanted a deep cleaning for our one bedroom/ one bathroom house and Aracely's team really went through every corner. With three dogs, both of us working full-time, and a baby on the way, our place can get really unorganized, dusty, and dirty so to see it go from the state we had it in to smelling nice, feeling fresh, and looking clean - you can just tell how professional the service was. Really they did a 3-star job (did a great job in some rooms, including fridge, but didn't sweep basement, mop kitchen floor well, scrub cabinets) - BUT: I've been ripped off by other maids here (taking longer and demanding more money) and flaked out on by others (not showing up despite confirming dates) and she was supernice, responsive, inexpensive, available, and came exactly on time when promised. And, I wasn't there to supervise and ask for more detailed work - which by all lights should have cost me more money. I contacted Aracely via yelp message and after a rescheduling, on my part, she scheduled to have 2 cleaners clean my house on a Friday. The cleaners that showed up were overwhelmed because there were other people in the house(flooring/window people)... so they couldn't finish what they were there to do. They wiped down surfaces in the kitchen and one bathroom... which left the remaining 2 bathrooms and the rest of the house uncleaned... and basically a half-clean bathroom and kitchen. They said they would return Saturday to complete the cleaning. Saturday rolled around and the cleaners said they were unable to show up to complete the job. I messaged and called Aracely multiple times. but nobody responded. This has to be the biggest joke of a company I've ever dealt with for cleaning services. The very minimal work that was done wasn't even close to what is expected of a Cleaning service. I would never recommend this company for anything and the lack of communication is just not acceptable. read more

They use harsh chemicals so the smell is strong when they are cleaning the house. I happened to find Aracely's services, because her husband had been doing gardening work for my partner and me.
