We actually had to change our itinerary a couple of times and they were always very flexible. The drivers were on time, patient and kind. Called Freedom Taxi, and Michael said that he could be there in 10 minutes. Told him that I had a small dog, but he was in a fully enclosed carrier. No problem. Uber and Lyft both charge extra for pets. Michael showed up and helped load everything. Very pleasant man, and when we got to the house, he very kindly lugged my heavy suitcase and backpack up the steps, He even called my dog, who was finally free of the carrier and running ecstatically! Michael gave me his card and said that I could call him from Calverton in future, and he'll be in WHB to get me. How very nice! While I do hope that my brother can pick me up next time, or maybe I'll leave my car at the station, it's very nice to know that I have an option. And Freedom Taxi was cheaper than both Uber and Lyft. Their prices were unreasonable for a short distance.

Sparkling Pointe in particular where as I am a member. First of all the driver took the worst way possible and got us lost for over 45 minutes. He was concerned about "DOT"?!? On a Sunday afternoon. We were late for our reservation lost our table and had to sit outside. Also, the confirmation email I had gotten through the owner, whom at this point I considered a friend that had said it was booked for and extra hour than I had requested. I had just presumed he was doing that as a nice gesture for my loyalty for 15 years and it in fact being a monumental Birthday..! My mistake. When the driver asked and I had showed him the email with the extra hour he flipped out. And I guess he was texting back and forth with the owner and he was screaming at me through the privacy glass in front of my friends. And to add insult to injury the owner was then texting me basically accusing me of trying to get something over on someone. The radio didn't work the entire way out to the vineyard and the screaming at me through the glass created a wildly awkward situation my guests and I. I had always been an extremely loyal customer- always paying for extra hours and generously taking care of the drivers. The owner never reached out to me after the combative, rude text messages about the extra hour discrepancy and I didn't hear from him afterward. Not to check how the rest of the event went, nothing. Sad to say I would NOT, whatsoever recommend this company to anyone. My birthday was ruined and nobody gave a (bleep).. My feelings were definitely hurt having built a personal relationship with the owner and extremely disappointed in him. Don't use this company. Don't support this business. There was a balance on the ride, which i didn't know there would be, and he pulled the limo over on the shoulder of the road and put me on the phone with his boss. He barely opened the doors for us. He didn't wait at the wineries for us, and at one he couldn't park close enough so we had to walk up the highway to meet him. I would not recommend this to anyone.
