After jump starting our car, he tried to find out the root of the problem. He tested the battery and ruled out a weak battery. I send him my location. He informs me they sent him to the wrong address. He says he'll call me back in a few minutes because he is nearly 90 minutes away. He calls me back to tell me that they decided to cancel my tow because it was too far from where he was now. So I sat for 11 hours being jerked around, trying to be understanding that they were swamped, and they just canceled and basically said, "sorry about your bad luck" - I missed appointments all day because they couldn't use GPS and didn't care enough about anyone that isn't insurance to proactively call to tell me what was really going on.
