She was very helpful and did not pressure me to buy the car. The problem was with her manager. I asked to take the car out for a second test drive and his answer was that the car was going to sell (multiple buyers interested) and he would not allow me to test drive it again. Was a long drive to get there but I drove to a different dealership and bought the same model from the second dealer. Not the way I would treat a customer who had driven a considerable distance to try to buy a car from me. I can't recommend Audi, BMW & Volkswagen of Pittsfield, after the way I was treated by the business manager.

Over $300 worth of groceries ruined in the trunk because they couldn't be bothered with walking us to our car to grab them. I didn't have a choice in where my car was towed but this place is truly the worst business I have ever dealt with. Request your car to be towed to ANYWHERE but here if you're in an accident.
