I'd told them to deliver it to the collision place next door to them in a shared lot but they left it in the unenclosed area next to their office and then CHARGED ME AN OUTRAGEOUS SUM for overnight storage! Even speaking to their manager got no satisfaction and they wouldn't release my car until I paid their extortionate charges. DON'T USE THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT.

They contacted "Approved Towing" of Oneonta and they were there in about an hour. We need to tires for our Camper trailer due to the fact they both blew out at the same time. "Approved" went to get the tires and rims, all mounted, and came out with them in about 1 hour. Shortly there after we were on our way. "THANKS AGAIN APPROVED Towing". Great guy to work with, Definitely recommend if you need help. Price wasn't bad given the circumstances.

Went in for an inspection here because they were close by and had great reviews. As the pandemic rages on and I'm out of work I was looking to save a little money by taking it to my friends shop which is further away but I knew he would cut me a little break on the labor. Well, his boss (who I don't know personally)looked everything over and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle let alone nothing that would make the vehicle not pass inspection. He straight up told me they were screwing me. It passed and I am pissed. East end tried to take advantage of me and the worst part is they did so when there is a crisis going on. This behavior is predatory and disgusting. Don't trust them, especially now when we are all just trying to keep food on the table.

Next time I will call the guy on 220 in Oxford who was incredibly pleasant (even in 10 degree weather and icy roads at midnight) and charges $50 less to tow 20 miles longer!! Forget this place.
