I bought my tires at the Discount Tire in Shoreline back in March and had my first air pressure check on Monday 6/1/26. However, early AM yesterday (6/4/26), my tire indicator light came on my dashboard. Yikes as I had to catch a ferry from Edmonds to Kingston, drive to Bremerton, and deal with an appointment in Silverdale first! Yes, it was quite the multi-destination day across the sound. Thankfully, luck was on my side as I stopped at another Discount Tire in East Bremerton shortly after its opening at 8am. There was an available staff member too, versus me having to deal with their QR check-in system. I explained my situation and early AM observation. This staff member checked the status of all four tires - tread and air pressure status. Turns out the other person at the Shoreline location under inflated my tires. This was promptly corrected and the indicator light turned off later on my drive back to Kingston. The overall experience was very professional, thorough, and positive. When I got there, they had my tires ready but also let me know they had an as-new "used" set that had just come off a new vehicle. The day after I moved to Kitsap, I woke up to a totally flat tire. Two tow trucks and 7+ hours later, it was starting to look like the second tow truck wasn't going to make it in time to get my car to Discount Tire in time, and my car was going to spend the night in either the Costco or Discount Tire parking lot -- not ideal for safety. Brandon and Jesse worked with me extensively to troubleshoot multiple solutions, and they even stayed open late to make sure my car would at least be safely inside overnight. Not only that, but the second it arrived -- as they were literally closing -- they immediately went to work on changing all four tires and had it ready for me before I was even done paying. I'd already accepted that I was in for at least a few expensive Uber rides while it was being worked on, but because of their amazing customer service, I was able to drive home in my own car that night. It was a long and incredibly stressful day, but it ended on a high note because of how much these guys went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Hi, last April (2024) I had my BMW towed in for road damage to left front. I was told that my Bridgestones would take 3+ days and I bought two of their Sentry tires at their recommendation. 7 months later I was asked to review their tires and I gave a rating just like this one star here- they asked me to hold posting until they could "make it right". I tried posting the review after fail through a few times again with the "make it right" response and a lot of bs like having me drive the car back to check the tire size as if it changed since they kept a nearly new one of my tires when installing the crappy tires. Regardless on the one star review I said the Sentry tires seriously under steer in any kind of wet. After waiting for these tire experts to order the correct tires I was left a vmail saying the tires were in and to come down anytime. It is now the end of October 2024. When I called I was put off by Jen who said they were too busy until Monday the 4th of November at 1330. Monday the fourth of November my car hydroplaned into the center divider and was totaled going 63 mph in the right lane of Hwy 16 eastbound near Burley/Olalla. When DT was contacted they passed me off to Fleet Response their insurer who like them said to pump sand. Folks- these guys are shady as shit. Strongly suggest Costco for your tire needs in the future. No bs there. read more

The people running the show do not have a good understanding of a service business. When a longtime customer comes in he is told by someone in a Discount Tire uniform saying someone will be with you soon and went back to their computer. The other rep saw me standing there and ignored me to answer the phone and assisting them. A good business of any kind must know the difference between "money now" and money maybe". I'm there, prepared to make a purchase. The money,I.e. business/ work that you take in over the phone from a random caller is probably less than 1% of your business. A caller should be asked to wait; "I have one customer ahead of you and I'll be right with you" and served the person standing in front of them as they are their priority as their s is "money now". A training opportunity at the very least as these folks will lose deals and customers with such a sloppy ethic and not looking out for their employers' bottom line. In My 30 years in the service industry that is just poor quality business, excluding the service staff who seem to know their jobs. It's just a job to some of these people up front. They sadly lack known customer service basics. Again, ignorance can be corrected with training. Lack of dedication is corrected with replacement. Observing the service people was a totally different experience. They were careful with my vehicle and they worked as a team and like they were, for their positions well trained. I needed a couple of tires for my Volvo and made an appointment for 4/2. I arrived a few minutes early and Byron assisted me. I shared what tire size and brand I wanted and he didn't try to up sell me, which is a great start! Byron did suggest I change the wipers on the car, and I told him I was going to do that myself after the tire installation. He offered a discount to earn my business and beat any retail store around town! The tech took my car in rotated the tires and installed the new ones as well as installing the new wipers. The car was done within 20 minutes! I'm not saying it's always this quick of service, but today it was and I appreciated the quickness of the work. Top notch service here! We made a same day tire rotation service on a pretty hairy rainy day and they were on point with the positive refreshing energy and excellent customer service. Our tires for the truck are monster tires- 35x12 1/2 wide. They were still able to rotate. Thanks Jenn for rockin! Also a big shoutout to the tire crew workin on the truck! I called yesterday to have four tires installed on my Forester. Made an appointment for today at 01:45, I arrived at 01:30. At the time of check-in I was advised the current install time is 90 minutes and that my vehicle would be ready by 03:15. It is clear this location is overwhelmed, understaffed, and limited in space. The service folks are stressed, running around trying to satisfy the needs of those customers who have appointments and 'walk-in's'. It would make sense for them to either limit the amount of daily appointments or reduce the commitment to service walk-ins, having one set of customers adversely impact the service of others only lessens the overall opinion of this company. It is now 03:50 and my vehicle has yet to be finished. read more

Second time coming to this location and my first experience did not meet expectations. But this time ot was great. I looked online at their website to pick out a tire. I made a reservation online before purchasing the tire and then to avoid what happened last time I just called them the day of my appointment to confirm they had my tire and had them set aside 4 for me and just paid when I got there. The person on the phone when I called was very kind. He had to put me on hold and I ended up being on hold for 15 minutes. He was very apologetic. When I got to the store they were able to pull up my information right away and easily checked me in. I even got there 30 minutes early and they were able to check me in early. One thing to note is that the advertised tire price does not include the warranty or the installation and disposal fees or tax. Which will run you an extra 100 - 150 bucks. Had a leaking tire. Went into the East Bremerton store for a fix. I was greeted with a smile and even though they were busy, I was helped right away. They rotated and balanced the tires and fixed the leak promptly. I was presented with the car and was told when asked about the charge, I was told that the service was free! They fix flats for free no matter where the tire was purchased. Amazing! No doubt where I will buy my next set of tires. read more

Visited here on Thursday morning, had an appointment at 8:15am and I arrived about five minutes early. As I was parking my vehicle, I already notice they were working on a vehicle already, I was the second customer of the morning. As soon as I approached the door to enter , I was greeted, got my keys and immediately went to work. Came here to get four new tires to be put on. Went inside, did the paperwork that needed to be completed, which was quick and seamless, probably because I ordered the tires online and made an appointment for today (I'll get back to ordering online later). With my 8:15 am appointment, I was out of there in about 30 mins. There were two people working on my vehicle, hustling and all. I really do appreciate their quickness and careness (is that even a word?) of my vehicle. Amazing experience from beginning to end. So about online ordering on their website. It was awesome! You can add your vehicle's information and discount tire can suggest what tires are best for your vehicle. It even has a little badge that says "good," "best," "better." Also has symbols that's tells you what these tires are good for and whatnot. Their website has a bunch more info about tire care, tire maintenance etc and more! I did have an issue where O was recommended that I replace my lug nuts because they were "swollen." Never heard that term before, but essentially I was quoted $115 to replace these defected nuts. I went online to make sure that's how much it would actually cost. Had to get my tire pressure sensors changed out. Didn't have the right lug key, they still were able to get my sensor changed out and even got me a lug key! Very nice over the phone and kept the same energy when I was able to make it into the store. From the sounds of it, they are almost fully stocked with just about every tire for every car. The night before my tire had been weak in some areas; it had popped. The next day I had went searching for a car tire that would get me were I need to go and not cost me an arm and a leg. At $75 a tire plus a $11.50 tire warranty per tire, I do not have to ever worry about the price of my tires ever again.
