The course has done a lot of work to plant native plants and it was buzzing with pollinators, quite lovely. The sand was a little rough but overall the course was in excellent shape, especially considering how dry it has been this summer. It is a very tight course. Lots of fairly straight holes going backs and forth. It's not uncommon to have golfers from another hole on your fairway, taking a rather unexpected angle onto their green. We found ourselves there on occasion. We played relatively fast, about 4 hours for 18 holes. Most tee times were filled so it was busy.

I complained at the turn in clubhouse and was told to go to clubhouse and get my money back. So I walk to the clubhouse and the two old timers wouldn't give me my money back. I respect my elders and took my 9 hole rain check and walked out. P.S shot a 46 on the front-2hr and 40 minute 9 hole death march. Horrible tore up fairways. Over watered greens full of ball marks. Soft, slow and furry. Had to pound your down hill puts. lol Bad form Keller. You give me my money back like you said and I don't take to social media.

do not move to cimarron park of massive lot rent hikes and dead trees!! the lot rent amounts on…read moretheir websites are not even close to the $1070 they are jacking it up to jan 1st 2026!! i've unfortunately lived here for 3 yrs and the lot rent went from $860 to $1070, plus you pay their property taxes, and nothing changes!! there a dead trees everywhere that continue to drop huge branches on your house but that's nothing they care to fix when they jack the lot rent up!! when a new house goes in on an empty lot, they jack the lot rent up so we have to pay for it!!! they are greedy and want every penny you make for themselves! they claim to want you to enjoy living here but won't let you have anything in your yard so you can enjoy it. they want you to sit in your house and do nothing so you're existing and not actually living!! don't waste your hard earned money by moving here ever!!!

To whom it may concern,…read more Our homes are currently under threat. As a member of the Cimarron Community, my goal is to advocate for us as a whole. First of all, there is no good relationship between the management and the residents. Rent increases are being made without any purpose. The roads are bad. We get fined easily for putting up a hammock in "our backyard, and we get rude phone calls/emails in the middle of the night (12-1 am) reminding us to clean up our leaves even though the wind has been blowing for 1-2 days nonstop, In addition, we are not allowed to park our own cars on the side streets outside our homes. Residents with more than two vehicles have to walk blocks to turn on their cars since there is a limit of two vehicles per resident, and Minnesota's winters can be brutal. Many residents are being forced out of trailer parks, and we fear the land will be sold. It's our home. With the way things are going, some people cannot afford mortgage payments. The cost of living in a trailer park should be more affordable. It wouldn't surprise me if the lot rent rose to $1k sooner or later.
