Do not deal with them! Marlon Sanchez is a crook - he will take your money upfront, do a little bit, then disappear with your money. He did this to me. He owes 15K of uncompleted work. read more

Don't recommend this company. They built a patio on the back of our townhome, about a year later the steps began to settle. It should be noted that before we struck a deal I voiced my concern about this very issue and I was assured that the guys would properly compact and reinforce the ground being built on. When I called the owner, Marlon Sanchez, who I had originally delt with for the build he said that he would come take a look. He was a no call no show to the first attempt at an appointment, then did the same the following weekend. Then all together just ignored our calls to get this issue resolved. Now we have to go through another builder to get the issue fixed. On top of that, during the build they were way behind schedule throughout the entire process, and although I was told the drain pipes coming off the downspout would run to the back of the yard they only ran them to the back of the patio. EAH is about as unreliable as it gets. read more

These were pretty large, 75-100 year old trees. It was a two day job but it went off without a hitch. They cleaned up nicely after themselves too, leaving fewer branches than were on the ground even before they started and they also swept them off my roof for good measure. While it's not ever going to be a cheap job, I think the price they charged was fair for a full two day job of dangerous work. (I don't even get on stepladders, these guys were 40 feet in the air! Yikes!) I would absolutely call them again if any of the other trees start misbehaving.

There was a princess tree or something of that nature that sprouted up last year and needed to go as it was getting out of control, my wife wanted weeds removed, washed rocks, and peonies in front. In the back we also finally decided to finish our walkway with flagstone. Jon was great to work with, responding to both texts and emails for verifications and changes throughout the process and pricing was competitive. Very happy with the end result and how quickly Jon and his team were able to finish everything. I highly recommend Bio Rich Green Care and I am looking forward to working with them in the future.
