Meanwhile, the one they made has warped shapes over and over, showing the quality of their platinum is not even close to the wedding band we had made at The Mart downtown 14 years ago. I took it in to see what they could do and one woman was kind but clueless and the other was a giant Karen. Snappy and rude. Told me "once it bends it will always bend over and over." I didn't pay for that. I paid for it to match my wedding band that hasn't moved once in 14 years. Then they proceed to tell me they can fix it for over $1100! Um, no. You mess it up, you fix it. ALSO, this wasn't the first issue with them and this ring. They took months to make a match and the first one wasn't even close. We had to get another one completely remade.
