We received the estimate later that same day, and it was very reasonable. I went into the shop to choose my granite and met Rebecca and Amanda. After choosing my granite and free sink, our installation was scheduled. From start to finish the whole process took about a week. Edgar and his crew installed our countertops and even came back to address a concern I had with shims( I keep my old backsplash so to make the countertops level shims we're needed). Edgar came by very happily and addressed my concern and made a slight tweak to trim the shims. I would highly recommend BLG and their team for granite countertops. We choose Bahama White granite and our kitchen countertops look absolutely gorgeous!!

I found Blue Label online. Our project is in an old neighborhood in Buda so it was convenient. We went to the showroom and were greeted by Aaliyah who explained the inventory and helped us to make a selection. Once we submitted a drawing of the top to be produced it took 4 days to have the finished countertop ready. It was small and the shop guys loaded it in the pickup for us. We self installed it and it fits perfectly. We are very satisfied with the result. Blue Label did a great fabrication job for us. They were on time, no surprises, precision work. Found Moore Supply recently for the parts to replace a damaged pipe and old pressure relief valve. Called from another shop down the street that was dong their very best to overcharge me for some basic parts necessary for the repairs. I spoke with Ryan at Moore Supply and asked if they might be able to help me figure out the best replacement parts for a 25 year old damaged pipe and worn out pressure relief valve. He suggested I come in and bring the part. As he hung up, I was walking through the front door. Busy day for them so I waited until it was my turn and laid out the parts and project on the counter. Ryan took one look at them and knew exactly what to do. He came back out with the pressure relief valve, ball joint needed and suggested that although we could use PVC or a copper pipe, pex would be the best option. I clenched my teeth and steadied by stance preparing to hear what it would cost. I was blown away by a very reasonable price quote for a fraction of the price of the shop I just left. In a just a few minutes Ryan helped me put together the project for assembly, handed me a brand new pressure valve, ball joint and perfectly fabricated pex pipe and fittings and I was out the door on the way home to finish the repairs. Everything, including their valued help and experience in planning out the repairs for less than $150.00!! Nice people, fantastic customer support, ethics and integrity makes me proud to support another local company. Especially after the nightmare I had just escaped. JL assured me that their experienced installers could remove my granite without any damage to my backsplash. But not only that, their price was the best of all four well known Austin companies.
