A battery I bought there failed on me. I brought it back, it tested bad. They assured me it was covered under warranty. They pulled my history, and easily found every part I had bought there, except the battery. It was their brand, had the date stamped on the top, I even remembered the name and description of the guy who sold it to me. All I got was a sorry, and a "can you pull a bank statement to prove you bought it here?". A bank statement? F**k off. Did I mention it happened to be the most expensive battery they sold? Now when I need parts, I have one less place I have to call when looking.

After installing my winter tires and mounting the TPMS, the local mechanic discovered that the TPMS will not work. After explaining the situation to one of the staffs at Six Robblees' over the phone, the supervisor immediately coordinated with Big O' Automotive (another great place) and arranged my TPMS replacement at Big Old Automotive free of charge at the next day. Both by the way are made by Ultima. That they use in their online tutorials and endorse. My mechanic was taken aback by their reason for not testing the warranty swap. Which caused the ABS to go out. The engine and transmission to struggle forcing us to stay 1/2 hour From Napa closing. We took out the Warranty swap Alternator. Test it. It failed. I had to buy another Alternator. The Ultima Reman failed. I was sold a faulty AlternTor and.got a dud as a swap! Fraud through and through. If not just by Oreillys, definitely willful onUltimas part. My truck runs! I went to get a refund. I went to the cou terminal showing recipts and invoices of this qho saga. Rather than settling it at the counter, in store .
