Fantastic breakfast restaurant! I've come here several times with family and it's always been a success. The customer service is great. You're always greeted with a smile. Servers are quick and very attentive to their tables. Cooks do a phenomenal job. They have seasonal mimosa flights that are great for sharing. Their coffee is delicious. I've tried several things on the menu but my favorite was the lomo saltado. It's a great place for a date, friends or family. Place does get packed so be aware of busy times. First off, this little breakfast place in an outdoor shopping center was so surprising! Not a ton of room inside, so I can imagine on busy days you'll be waiting for a table but it's well worth the wait. I am an Eggs Benedict lover and immediately went for the Benny Sampler. You get THREE of the best bennys - a traditional (can't go wrong) a pork belly Benedict (CRISPY pork belly with pickles and a special hollandaise sauce) and a Rancho Benedict (by far the BEST Benedict I've ever had). If I return, (I live in NorCal so SoCal visits are always trying to squeeze in the best food) I am absolutely getting the Rancho Benedicts. Tender and succulent shredded pork, Avocado Emulsion Pico de Gallo, and a tomatillo hollandaise sauce! I paired my plate with a mug of their Mexican Coffee- hands down some of the best coffee I've ever had and I know my coffee. Served with massive cinnamon stick, this coffee can be had black. Subtly sweet with the cinnamon and truly warms the soul. The only thing I personally wasn't fond of, were the hash browns. They were slightly sweet? And I'm not sure if maybe this was a one off, or perhaps something to do with the type of potatoes that were used. Not my fav, but hey, could be someone else's. Biscuits & gravy are a huge disappointment. Biscuits seemed liked out of a can, gravy was watery but worst was the sausage; hard square pieces without sausage flavor nor the typical crumbly sausage texture. Service was nonexistent. I finally had to get up and go to entrance to ask for my check. She continued to seat a few other patrons before ev n acknowledging me. Came here for brunch on sunday! It was over an hour wait but i love how we were able to join the waitlist ahead of time so we didn't have to wait too long after we arrived! We got the pork belly benedict, the rancho benedict, and the carnitas chilaquiles. The food came out decently fast and was delicious! Still giving 5 stars because I know today's experience is not the norm. Hostess was attracted when I came in, told me it would be 15 minute minimum wait for table for 1 inside so I chose outside because this is my go to breakfast/brunch place. I checked in on the waist on yelp and when I got there the service was not too great. As the list showed I was next in line and to check in I did just that but the customer representative young man not sure his name was like surprised or maybe not aware of what to do. He asked me to wait until someone could help me but didn't call anyone and just let me wait. So I began to wait outside. I had to go back in to ask the status of my check in. I think after I got to the lady who was in charge of seating is where I finally was attended to. Point is just know how to help your customers. At least use courtesy and maybe direct them so they aren't just standing wondering did I check in or did they mark me as here?? I ordered the chilaquiles with carnitas and the Dutch waffle. The chilaquiles plate was not good at all. It was very dry and just not flavorful. The Dutch waffle was very good. I had a Mexican coffee and to be honest this was just regular coffee with canela in it. Nothing to appealing. I unfortunately will not return here. The menu options are not to appealing now that I tried an item I'm not interested in coming back. The service was not great as well so that's a biggie for me. read more

On my last visit, I ordered the Pork Belly Benedict, and it was great; the pickles were subtle and thinly sliced.
