Teachers getting fired left and right. Every 3mths there is a new teacher. No one is ever at the front to open the door or when it's time to pick up the little ones. Kids continuing to get sick. Teachers don't wear shoes nor do they have any clue as to what is going on. Teachers have stated the owner Mrs. Ham does not respect them, tells them to shut up but due to the pay in the area, they quit and come back or stay because they need a job. When brought to the owner's attention about my child's scratches on their face or my concerns about the teacher not resolving conflict, her response "what is it you want me to do about it" YOUR JOB MAAM!!! Depending on a teacher your child has, your child is more than likely to not have their diaper, pull up, or underwear to change if it has been soiled until the end of day. There have been other parents concerned about why their child has had rashes and has broken out on their bottom, because the lack and or negligence of monitoring the children going to the bathroom. let's not mention, they have cameras, however, none of the cameras work in the classroom. So if you have a concern about your child, the answer is always "oh... I don't know, you have to ask Mrs. Ham" or "I dont know." Also, please be aware the clothes you send with your children are more than likely to end up on another child's body and you would never see the clothes you sent with them. When it comes to the "learning Academy" your child would not learn anything. Once again, it really depends upon the teacher that is assigned to your child if they stay and or last more than three months. Other than that, you are better off, teaching your child at home. Don't believe me, ask some of the moms, and or dads that come out every single morning or every single evening. Enroll your child at your own risk. So much potential but very lackluster.

We came from a different daycare that my 3 year old was REALLY struggling at. She never came home with a good report. We decided to move her and our 18 month old to a different daycare, and I took a lot of time to find a daycare that felt ready to take on the unique challenges that my kids had. My kids have flourished. Every morning, the 3 year old is excited to go to school. They are always having a good time when I arrive. They are loved, well cared for, and have made amazing strides academically in the short time they have been there (a little over a month). I don't think we could have found a better daycare for them. When I first walked into the infant classroom, a teacher was playing music that was completely inappropriate for babies. Then, in the 3-4-year-old room, I noticed teachers being downright impolite to the children. I understand using a firm voice when needed, but they were speaking to these kids as if they were adults, without any consideration for age-appropriate communication. It was uncomfortable to watch. What shocked me most was how phones were out during nap time instead of staff helping children settle down and rest. The director seemed to play favorites and turned a blind eye to the chaos. I've never seen such carelessness or fake behavior in a childcare setting. One moment that truly disturbed me was when a little boy mentioned "just like Squid Games" during an activity, and Ms. James shouted at him in anger. The child didn't say anything wrong--he was just making an observation. Then there was a teacher who said, out loud, that a child "might have a yeast infection" because she was itchy. That's incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional. To make things worse, I was left alone in classrooms with children I had never met before, without any proper schedule or introduction. That's not only unsafe, but it's also unfair to both the kids and the staff. I introduced myself the best I could, but no one supported me or helped ease the transition. Some of the staff might be decent, but from what I observed, they weren't welcoming or helpful. It felt like the bare minimum was being done. I also noticed they were preparing food without gloves, using children's restrooms (which I later found out is illegal), and those same bathroom doors don't lock--so any child could walk in while an adult is using the restroom. To use a proper bathroom, staff would have to walk across to another building, which could leave classrooms over ratio. On top of that, no one answers the door when you knock. There were just too many violations in one day for me to stay quiet. I'm genuinely tempted to report them to the state. Those kids looked scared to be there, and no child should ever feel that way in a place that's supposed to care for and educate them. Parents, please be careful. Don't be fooled by a fake smile.
