We are writing to formally report serious concerns regarding the service completed on my vehicle on January 2, 2026 at 2:33 PM, which was marked completed at 3:09 PM, less than one hour after check-in. I paid in full for an oil change, multi-point inspection, and fluid top-off services. Based on the speed of completion and issues discovered afterward, I am now questioning whether the services were properly performed. Within a few weeks following my appointment, I discovered that my windshield wiper fluid reservoir was completely empty, despite fluid top-off being included in the service. Because temperatures were cooler, I did not need to use my air conditioning immediately after service. However, on February 24, 2026, when I turned on my air conditioning, the air was not blowing cold. After arriving home, I inspected my vehicle and discovered that the coolant level was extremely low, nearly empty. I was forced to purchase both windshield wiper fluid and coolant myself from AutoZone -- items that should have been checked and topped off during the paid service less than a month earlier. This situation is extremely concerning because insufficient coolant can cause serious engine damage. I closely monitor my vehicle and have confirmed there are no visible leaks, moisture, or signs of coolant loss under normal operation. This strongly suggests the fluids were not properly inspected or topped off during my January service appointment. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for over three years, spending more than $9,000 in repairs and maintenance. Because of this history, I trusted that all services would be completed thoroughly and professionally. On February 25, I contacted my service advisor Todd, whom I have worked with for over two years, to discuss these concerns. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. My concerns were dismissed, accountability was not acknowledged, and responsibility was redirected toward speculation about vehicle age rather than addressing whether the paid services were completed properly. Additionally, I left a message through the overnight line and did not receive a return call. This level of customer service and lack of follow-up is unacceptable, especially given the potential risk to my vehicle caused by incomplete maintenance. I am requesting the following: A full review of the January 2, 2026 service appointment and multi-point inspection report. Verification that the oil change and all required inspections were actually completed. An explanation as to why required fluids were not topped off. Appropriate resolution, which may include reimbursement for fluids purchased, service credit, or corrective service at no cost. Assurance that service technicians are properly completing inspections and that customers are treated respectfully when concerns are raised. Bought a 2023 Cadillac XT6 April 4th of this year, coming up on 4 months and I still haven't received my vehicle plates. I did a vin check and it appears there is a discrepancy in the mileage, it shows 64,683 on the title as of 2026 after a record check, but when I bought it, it had 24,580...maybe that is why there is a problem with my registration paperwork...there is a 40,103 milage difference! We've been back to the dealership several times and every single time we are told the personnel able to help is not there. Today I spoke to my sales person, Joe Enzler, who sold me the car and said the vehicle cannot be traded for another and he basically couldn't help. Now I need to talk to Andrea Stevenson, the controller (of what, I do not know) and Polly, the Finance Director...do the right thing Arrowhead Cadillac!! We visited the Arrowhead Cadillac dealership June 2026, with the intention of test driving a Cadillac Lyriq--ideally the all-wheel drive V model. We were greeted by a sales rep I believed the name of Mark. Initially, we explained we weren't purchasing until August but wanted to explore our options. From the start, the experience felt off. Mark made smirky comments, focused more on our timeline and budget rather than just letting us test drive a Lyriq--any model, as we'd clarified. He mentioned that "they aren't allowed to be putting miles on vehicles for joyrides" even after checking our IDs and seeing we were well over 25. When we confronted him about his attitude, he claimed we could make an appointment for another day, but we were ready right then. When we asked to speak to the manager, the manager came out shaking his head, saying under-25-year-olds couldn't test drive without insurance--despite us being older and already insured. My Mother is 84 years old and in great shape mentally and physically. She was in process of purchasing a new Cadillac from this dealership when I wanted to get involved to ensure she was NOT being taken advantage of. I visited the dealership and discussed the deal with the salesman. After reviewing the deal they were not discounting the vehicle that was used as "a Loaner" and had ~3400 miles on it. I said how could you NOT provide more discount for the vehicle that is used IMO. They wouldn't budge on the price. I then saw like item on the deal for over $2200 for "dealer in-ons". The add ons as everyone knows pumps up there profit. I asked to see the itemized listing of the add-ons and THEY WERE CHARGING $1990 FOR WINDOW TINT!!! The sale guy tried to explain it was high end "ceramic" based tint. All tint film is ceramic based and industry standard. I immediately visited Earnhardt Cadillac and purchased the same exact new vehicle with 5 miles on it WITH NO DEALER ADDONS for $2k less. In fact they said they could have it tinted for $499 for addition at X-PEL tint shop that does all expensive cars in Scottsdale. This dealer takes advantage of the elderly. Shame on them!!! How egregious and greedy can you be to charge $2k for putting tint on the windows!!!! read more

In my previous review, I gave their sales department a stellar review. Now almost a year later, I cannot say the same for their service department. I was traveling from CA through Phoenix on vacation to the white mountains. The front fascia came loose near Tonopah while driving at 75mph and bouncing on the freeway. I had to stop and duct tape the piece up to the bumper and limped into Phoenix and decided to stop at arrowhead Cadillac, since that was where I had purchased the vehicle. I brought the car directly into the service bay. Tony met me there and worked with me to get the car in and inspected. This was at 2pm on Thursday before the 4th. They removed the damaged piece, and worked up the estimate to replace it. Thankfully nothing else was damaged. Here's the rub. Their estimate for the replacement of the fascia piece was $1000...$900 for the part, $65 for shop services, and $35 taxes. Since we were in a rush to get to our next stop, and that the part was not critical to the operation of the car, we decided to put off the repair until our return trip. When we got to our destination, I looked up the cost of the replacement part (Cadillac calls it a front bumper fascia skid plate). The retail price from Cadillac.com was $303. The website was also offering a 20% discount for this part. This meant my cost for this part was $266, including sales tax. And they would deliver it to the Cadillac dealer of my choice. A far cry from what Arrowhead was going to charge me. (3X the website price). Very disappointing! It looks like I will purchase it online and have it shipped to the dealer near my home in California. We purchased an XT4 from a dealership in Phoenix. About six weeks later, the air conditioning compressor went out. Boo. On a crisp June day, driving to Phoenix from my home in Surprise was not preferable, especially considering Arrowhead Cadillac is merely 10 minutes away. My service advisor was pleasant enough and managed to get me a loaner to use as it was unclear what was initially wrong with my car and how long they would need to keep it. Though I'm glad I was able to get a loaner, as my day would have been difficult without a car, I was incredibly soured by the very visible sign in the service area reading something along the lines of "poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on our part" alongside a photo of a very divisive politician. Really? Very disappointing to see such an attitude advertised by a brand that--you'd think--was built on service and dedication to customers that purchase their vehicles. My 3 day old Cadillac Lyric got a flat tire. Cadillac roadside service had to tow it for a tire replacement. Though I bought it from the AWESOME COULTER CADILLAC 3 days earlier, along with a tire warranty, I asked roadside service to tow it to the closest Cadillac Dealer, which turned out to be the AWFUL ARROWHEAD CADILLAC. I received a VM on my phone by Arrowhead Cadillac service provider TONY to find out more details about my tire replacement coverage, so I called back reached a VM, and left a message on his phone. After not hearing from Tony for a few hours, I called back and got TODD in service, who wouldn't take my information on the tire warranty, give a message to Tony, or give my warranty information to Tony, and told me, "any reasonably intelligent person would expect Tony to check his VM when he returns". I was also told they wouldn't provide a loaner vehicle. So, I waited until 4:55 pm, and did not hearing anything, I called back. Tony said he left several VMs for me on my phone trying to call me back (I work as an on-call physician for several regional hospitals so my phone is always on and attended, and there wasn't a single missed call or VM on my phone). He told me since I was so late calling back his service people were going home and I couldn't get my car. He also told me that Arrowhead Cadillac would be unable to honor my tire warranty since Coulter hadn't had time to turn in the purchase paperwork. I received a call and VM the next morning from Tony that the work was done. I called to speak to a service manager about my service concerns and was told no manager would take my call, they would call me back later in the day. The receptionist became very sarcastic and snarky when I said I was at work and couldn't take a call later in the day, stating, "you never even have a moment of free time?". This is not the service I expect from any Cadillac dealership. The receptionist and Todd seem to have an attitude that everyone not at their dealership is stupid and sitting around with nothing to do at their workplaces. Their communication with customers is horrible--there was never a follow-up VM from Tony on day of service. They wouldn't honor my warranty. They wouldn't provide a loaner vehicle while I was without a car. Needless to say, we won't every take our car again to Arrowhead Cadillac or purchase a vehicle there. read more

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I bought a Tesla from this dealership. I was told the vehicle would get over 200 miles on a charge. I am getting 70 miles on a charge. I was told I could return the vehicle within 15 days or 500 miles if there was something wrong with the vehicle. When I called the dealership back to let them know there was something wrong with the car, the sales rep told me they would take care of me and "Make it right". They sent me to Tesla to jump through a bunch of hoops to no resolution. I still have a vehicle that doesn't operate the way it was promised it would. I purchased a car for 50,000.00 from Arrowhead Cadillac. Part way through the buying process A key fob appeared in the the saleslady's desk. I questioned if that was the only key and was told yes. I said that won't due, I need two keys and felt at the price of the car it should have gone without saying. I was promised that one would be ordered. This was 6 weeks ago. We noticed it had summer only tires, but we ordered the with car all season tires. Arrowhead Cadillac took no responsibility for their ordering mistake. Instead, they tried to tell me the car only comes with summer tires now and that all seasons are no longer available. We've purchased 2 cars from here, do all of our maintenance within this dealership including the minor stuff... we wouldn't dare bring our car to a small chain somewhere! If we need scheduled maintenance & can't make it in due to our busy work schedule then I just call up Bora & she'll set up someone to come pick up the car, do a walk around inspection before pulling off with it & Bora will be in communication with me the whole time with all updates of work status including sending a short video clip. Dealer was great for a test drive - recommend making an appointment esp around the holidays with variable closing hours. Car was ready to go, test drive gave us useful info. Trying to buy a car, however, was a ridiculous waste of time. Cash purchase, emailed several dealers including this one. Exchanged literally 22 emails with Robert without ever getting the quote I requested, or a response to the offer I made him. Every email was a word salad of "let us know if you want the car". I made an offer, with a number, that he never responded to. I asked HIM for the OTD price multiple times. Nothing. Ended up buying a car from a dealer in Nevada who is bringing the car we bought to AZ. Fast, easy, professional. Answered the questions I asked and provided offers well under MSRP. Had the exact car we were looking for. Unless you like wasting time or shooting the breeze about nothing with a car salesman, don't buy at Arrowhead. *** PLEASE READ - BEWARE *** It saddens me to write this review due to being a lifelong General Motors patron. I've only ever bought GM vehicles in my 56 years (40 from my first vehicle). Arrowhead Cadillac had my Escalade for over two months to fix a parasitic draw and flush the transmission. I almost never got updates, and when I did, it was me calling them. They lied to me about having a comparable loaner. I bought their extended factory warranty through MPP at the highest "Platinum" level. They still changed me $786.11 to fix a shifting problem with the transmission by "flushing the fluid." It would be interesting to keep the vehicle to prove that was the "fix", but after my horrendous experience with Arrowhead Cadillac, I'm trading it in. The parting slam was being told they will charge you an extra 3% if you pay by credit card. Insult to injury. There's more to complain about, especially after speaking to the useless and patronizing general manager, Mike Meewes. I highly advise staying clear of this horrible dealership. Multiple trips back (at our expense) to finally be told our drain plug "went bad". No "we are sure sorry for the inconvenience" or any kindness. I would never bring my car to them again. the 1st advisor was horrible to the point that when I was talking with him before my car was there to set a time to bring it in, I had to ask if I needed to talk with someone else there to help me. I took my 2008 SRX in. They told me there was no oil leak, but I saw oil. they also said my Transmission mount was completely collapsed. Had to do engine mounts, bushings. Did a complete inspection, which was horrible (I will explain later). I had all the other things done that they suggested, except the trans mount, as they don't make it anymore. Got it back, and the tire sensor was messed up when we got in the car. I took it to a fabrication company to see if they could make a tran mount for it. The owner of the place had me come in and took me under my Cadi. 1st off, the transmission mount was not collapsed at all. It was fine. He also showed me that the Rac and pinion were leaking oil really badly and needed to be replaced. Also, the struts were so warn that they should have been replaced abd the dealer should have seen this. The advisor at Arrowhead was pushing things that did not need to be done "ching ching, lets get money out of our customer" is what it was like. I ended up telling the manager that I did not want Mike to touch or look at my cadi. So, 2400 dollars later, and they did not address the real concern. Horrible place to take your cadi. I would never recommend them to anyone to service their cars. I always heard you should take your car to the dealer, but they are not honest, and I expected more from Cadillac. read more

I had my '08 STS towed there for a "no run" condition after some engine maintenance. They messed with the car for three days, then sold me a rebuilt ECU ($1400) that I did not need, as it turned out to not be the problem, then when the replacement ECU didn't make any difference they then decided we needed a replacement crankshaft position sensor. It was then that I fired them. I had previously tested the sensor and found it to be working. I told them this in writing when the car was delivered to them. After a week and a bill for over $2700 I had the car towed back to my house, still not running. Turns out the serpentine belt ($25) was worn out causing the alternator to provide insufficient power to keep the ECU alive. So, after their "experts" wasted a week of my time and over $2700 I had to fix it myself by replacing the belt. There was absolutely no service provided, and I am out the towing charges to move the vehicle to and from this dealer. Management made no effort to make this right, Barring satisfactory resolution through the BBB, I will have to resort to litigation. Mister Good wrench does NOT work at Arrowhead Cadillac service department, they have absolutely no technical talent, they would never have been able to diagnose this very simple problem. Josh S. You embarrass yourself and your company with your "copy and pasted" response to all of the unfavorable reviews regarding your service department. I have already wasted thirty minutes of my life discussing this matter with your general manager, Mr. Michael Mewees, when I had the vehicle removed from your facility in January. Have been a loyal customer since I bought my Escalade in 2017 started off with problems in the paint (flaw) someone from GM came down and didn't resolve the problem. Wouldn't replace the vehicle even though it was new!. Was a lease Vehicle kept it and purchased it. Vehicle doesn't have a lot of miles on it 2017 with less than 7,000 miles. Called Service manager Mike Tenant because I was having a problem with Engine light coming on after a lot of back and forth got my vehicle in for service on 1/13/25. had vehicle for over 3 days did diagnostic tests comes back and tells me it's the battery 529.00t paid for this! a few days next day I'm having the same problem Engine light still is on. Taken back in on 1/20/25 several days pass with no update I called only to find out that I needed 4 fuel injectors replaced they state they will discount me on the bill 100.00 (1500.00) Total I'm out 2000.00 with 2 visits! asked to speak with GM he never returned my call!! Get my paperwork and it says they only replaced 2 fuel injectors when Mike Tenant stated need to replace all 4! I've paid for this but I'm wondering when they did their initial diagnostics did I really need a battery since this was my initial problem with the Engine light being on! Arrowhead needs to learn how to treat their customers if I were to buy another Escalade or Cadillac I doubt it would be from Arrowhead! The Lyriq is the worst electric car ever. If you're looking to buy one DON'T go buy a Tesla instead. 1. They don't do over the air updates. 2. The free charging for two year by EVGO is a joke. If you find a charger good luck that it works. 3 charging is a joke it should be call slow charging instead of fast charging. You go to a fast charger putting out 350KW the car only charges at 260 miles per hour for the first couple of minutes then keeps dropping. You charge to 80% I hope you don't need to charge to 100% because that last 20% will take an hour and a half. The entertainment center and APP is the biggest joke. Honestly the worst experience we have ever had at a car dealership. We had an appointment today and the salesman didn't show up. He mentioned he forgot he was off when my husband called, and assured us he would have someone else help us. He did not call us back, and did not let me know the car we wanted sold the day prior. We were then pushed to other salesperson who did not want to help us. He told us the other man's "water heater busted" and that's why he wasn't there. LOL. He was careless and told us 0 about any of the other cars we asked to see. We left. $100,000+ will be spent elsewhere. Do not come here. read more
