But if you wait them out they also aggressively discount older inventory and that is the sweet spot. This location finally decided they want to be in the vinyl game and stepped up by moving the records off the back wall to the middle and lowered prices. You can find random movies here both new and used. Also has a mix of things from Spencers and Box Lunch type stores. I like cruising into this location when I am at the mall. If something is an in store exclusive that is not available online they probably won't have it - I have wasted a couple trips to find this out and was annoyed.

I do not write this review lightly. This store may have ruined all other physical media stores in my vicinity for me. It's like I died and went to heaven. The selection here - unimaginably fantastic The organization - I wish other stores would take notes. Easy on the eyes as your scanning The value - fair. Some super good deals. Some not so much. Way too dangerous for my wallet to come here often. And probably a good thing it's 4 hours away from me. I will be coming back though

Found myself here looking for a couple used cookbooks I wanted…read more Let me tell you, this place is a lot bigger than you think a used book store should be. They also have so much more like collectibles, musical equipment and much more. You can definitely kill a few hours here if you aren't careful. So much to see. I did find a couple books I wanted at a good price. I also found a used computer keyboard I needed. The books are somewhat organized but finding specific authors can be challenging. Their book collection is extensive. The staff was friendly and there is plenty of parking. I'll be going back to spend more time. I didn't have a lot of time to spend. Having a Starbucks on premises is a nice touch. As other Yelpers have noted, unfortunately this location has felt it necessary to add numerical code locks to the restrooms. I understand the reasoning behind it, but the logistics of needing to use the restroom at the back of the store then needing to traverse to the front of the store to get the code, and back again, is asking a lot and will cause my visits to be cut short.

The discount and earned rewards are worth the cost of membership. I could spend all day there, perusing the various things that interest me. I am not happy with their change to adding a code to get into the bathroom. I realize they had issues with homeless people misusing the bathroom, but as a rectal cancer survivor, I don't have the time to hunt for an employee to get the code. I was literally seconds away from a bowel accident today, then had to turn around and find an employee. I was lucky, there was a guy shelving books close to the bathrooms. What if he hadn't been there, though? If I had to walk to the customer service desk or the register to get the code, I would have definitely had an accident. My suggestion to anybody that has bathroom issues, or small children, ask for the code as soon as you walk in the door. That way, you don't have to hunt for an employee and risk accidents. That is what I will be doing from now on.

I wanted to buy a calendar, I went to the register to check out and the kid working behind the counter was FaceTiming on his phone, proceeded to swipe my card several times on some outdated register, because apparently the owners are too cheap to buy a modern chip reader which is safer, my card wasn't going through, even though I've had no problem using it anywhere else, then the kid said "unless you have cash or another card there's nothing I can do." What shady and terrible customer service. Either you find a way to ring up the item I want to purchase with my valid debit card that has more than enough money for me to buy a stupid $15.00 calendar, or update your faulty registers. Do you want revenue not??

With that being said, I was thinking this location would get some of the closed location's inventory but that doesn't look to be the case as it's the same amount of products as before. A major thing I noticed this time was the price in Funkos have gone up and no longer reasonable, which sucks. Still only 4 total long shelf stands of Funkos and nothing really new or stands out. Still has a lot of variety there with the nostalgic video games themselves, anime products, and some plush. Was hoping they'd have more selection of statues.

The prices are very reasonable and everyone is bound to find something they love. The staff is cool and laid back. The atmosphere inside is very relaxing with music always playing on a vintage system. They also have records, CD's & cassette tapes for sale. Some sunglasses and other little trinkets.
