I ordered the Greek salad and was very disappointed. I don't mind paying $14 for a salad as long as it has more than just mixed lettuce. This salad was 93 to 95% lettuce, there was a couple olives a couple little small pieces of tomato and some end pieces of red onion. You had to use a magnifying glass to find any feta at all. They did not have Greek or Italian dressing as an option and I asked if I could pay for an add cucumbers and they don't even have cucumbers at this establishment. If I wanted a bag of organic lettuce I could've went next-door to Trader Joe's and got a bag of organic mixed greens for $2.59. Anyway, won't be going there again. read more

July 9 2023. My fiancé and I are vegans We arrived there at about 11:15 am on Sunday. The place had just opened. The front door had a slew of hand prints all over the front door as we entered . There were two employees working who looked like they just rolled out of bed. We were "greeted" by a young man who was barely audible and and less than enthusiastic. This was our first time ever at the Earth Bistro. The floors were completely littered with trash and crumbs. Table tops and bases were greasy and full of crumbs. I was in the restaurant business as a GM and multi unit manager for many years. I wanted to leave immediately but did not want to stress out my fiancé. You can tell a lot about a place by first glance , so I decided to check out the restrooms as well, to no one's surprise, it resembled the dirty state of the dining room. Yet another red flag. We looked at the menu through dirty plexiglass on the table until we were eventually approached by the employee behind the counter. His complete lack of personality or warmth was evident. He never asked if it was our first time, if we had any questions, no suggestions on beverages, basically like he had just woken up. I asked if the Greek pizza could be made vegan and his response was "I think so"..... Oh boy. We ordered the stuff mushrooms from the STARTERs menu assuming that it would be served before our entrees, bad assumption. We waited 25 min and he finally brought all the food at the same time. My Greek pizza had NO KALAMATA olives or ROMA tomatoes on it like the menu says. I said excuse me twice to the "waiter" with no response and just thought to myself, just give up at this point, you'll never be back. He or the other employee who looked like she wanted to be anywhere but work, NEVER checked back with us to see how everything was . An absolute waste of time and money. "Completely average" was what came out of my husband's mouth. He ordered Honest Chicken Wings for $7 which was "honestly" very small pieces of 7 wings. $1 for a tiny wing each just saying. We walked in and it was dead, not one person was in there but the staff inside were very friendly hence the 2 stars. We decided to sit outside and our server came out about 10 minutes later and took our order. We usually eat next door at the Burger Lounge. It took 10 minutes before anyone even greeted us. Once we were greeted we were given our menus. The waitress was very nice and apologetic so we let it slide. We then placed our order, a steak sandwich, a burger, and two kombucha drinks. The waitress put our order in and began cleaning. I had to ask for our kombucha again. Again she apologized and told us she didn't sleep last night. The food finally arrived just as we were about to ask what was taking so long. The food was very mediocre for the price and long wait times. The amount of grass fed steak vs. bread was disappointing and the steak was very chewy. Came here for the first time today had lunch and a wonderful experience here. The food was fresh and delicious. As someone with cancer I love the vast dietary options but I also love the fact the food is organic, grass fed meat, fresh and healthy. Not only is the food delicious but the service was outstanding. I had a young man named Matthew as my server and he was wonderful. He knew it was my first time coming here and was able to answer any questions I had and was so helpful. He was attentive, sweet and cheerful. I also appreciate Sophia for being just as kind, sweet and attentive. She was mostly in the back during my visit but, in a great way, made her presence known and made sure we were doing well. They both are outstanding staff members and are great at what they do. They were able to put a huge smile on my face whenever they flashed their beautiful grins. They are greatly appreciated and made me feel so comfortable as a customer dining here for the first time. I even got to take a picture with both of them, they were just so sweet. Sorry I don't have any pictures of the food as I forgot and scoffed it down lol. I absolutely love this place went there for the first time today for a late lunch with my mother and thoroughly enjoyed the time spent there. Matthew greeted us so kindly and was quite informative, knowing that this was our first time here. He took his time with explaining and answering our questions, made wonderful suggestions and overall was so sweet and kind! He is absolutely a wonderful staff member, kind, attentive and knowledgeable. As well as Sophia, she was so kind, sweet as well. Although she was mostly in the back busy making food, she made sure in her downtime she came out checked on us and was attentive to the customers. She was an absolute delight and a wonderful staff member as well. The service was phenomenal! We will definitely be coming back and patronizing this establishment quite often not only because of the staff but also because of the delicious food that is served here. So fresh and I love the vegan options! As I am someone with a dairy allergy it is greatly appreciated that I can come here and have a delicious meal but also bring people here that may not have the same dietary restrictions as me and they can still enjoy their meal too. I was excited to see a healthy bistro and came in for lunch while running errands with my little one. When I came in I was the only customer. I asked if they had highchairs for my baby and they didn't even know. They had to check in the back. When they brought one out it was absolutely filthy and the strap was broken so I couldn't even secure my baby in place. Also, the highchair is much lower than the table so my kid had a tough time eating. Then we get to the table itself. It was so disgusting that when I pulled out my baby wipes they turned black after a couple wipes. BARF. The waitress's mask was filthy around her nose from messing with it constantly. I didn't want to think about how dirty her hands are to be making her mask so nasty. Anyway, I stayed for whatever reason but I should have left then. I ordered a burger with jalapeños, grilled onions and mozzarella for myself and a grilled cheese with fruit for the little one. The grilled cheese was literally just their burger bun with a little bit of shredded mozzarella sprinkled inside. The burger buns are gross. They taste like the dough didn't raise right at all. And when they brought the "grilled cheese" out it was still cold and the cheese not melted inside. Also, dry and definitely NOT worth $6 they're charging for it. Laughable. My burger was something you'd expect your drunk uncle to throw together at a family bbq. The food was barely edible and only because I was starving. However, what annoyed me the most was that for a place that touts itself as a healthy/health conscious establishment it was disgusting and filthy. Came here for the first time this evening. I am a vegetarian and I was so impressed with all the options available! I had the veggie grill and a Greek salad and they were both delicious! My brother is vegan and he was able to get an appetizer, salad and entree without having to look very hard. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Seating is limited but they were still able to accommodate 8 of us which we really appreciated! I will definitely be back when I am in the temecula area! read more

Had the Fajita Steak Salad. Not good at all, had a couple bites of salad that was flavorless and boring. Steak seemed old, devoid of any flavor, burnt at the ends, very dry and difficult to chew. First of all... I inquired to see if they had anything Gluten Free and was told the "Owner" is Gluten Free. I was excited because anyone who is Gluten Free has to understand what us anti-glutites a go through. So, I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich Gluten Free, my husband ordered one as well but not GF and my daughter just wanted the flatbread with dippers. The first problem was when they brought over my husbands bun and mine and they were touching on the tray and then moved off the tray to a dirty green cutting board they were still touching. I'm not gluten free because its a freakin fad, I'm GF because I have Celiac disease. Either way you need to be careful with anyone ordering GF. I brought up that they shouldn't be touching and got attitude from the girl. They were put on the same tray again and I asked they be on separate trays and got more attitude. They're messing with my health and I should have left, but I was super starving. Another issue is they don't wear gloves while handling the food. They go take orders and handle money at the register and prepare food without washing their hands or gloves. Last, they used the same spatula to take my husbands bread off the tray that they used on mine. I even watched them put pizza in the oven without being on a tray to give it a barrier from potential gluten and take it out with a massive spatula that they took out a glutenous pizza with. Now on the my review of the food... The Philly cheese steak sandwich didn't have much cheese, it was bland and the "bun" was like 2 hard tortillas. Sound appetizing? Well, unfortunately I was SUPER hungry and ate it anyways. Just because something says natural or organic or gluten free it doesn't mean it has to be bland to taste good. Organic Pizza? Can Pizza actually be good for you AND taste good? If you give Pizza Fusion a try, you'll be able to enjoy tasty pizza without the guilt. Over the weekend I brought my kids (2 & 4) to Pizza Fusion to give it a try. I was first very impressed that the staff was extremely kid friendly. Our server brought out free organic fruit juice for the kids (kind of like Organic Capri-Suns). The staff was also very accomodating to a new customer like myself. They answered all my questions and even had a Nutrition Guide on hand. Also, Pizza Fusion has some great Organic Soda choices, made with natural Cane Sugar. The Diet Cola (sweetened with Stevia) was better than any regular diet soda I normally have consumed. Finally, when the pizza came out (only about a 15 minute wait for fresh pizza, not bad), this was some of the best tasting pizza I've ever had. When I ordered the whole wheat crust, I was a little worried. However, the crust tasted amazing, the toppings were fresh and delicious. I had the Founder's Market with free range chicken (no cages, no growth stimulants, fed only natural food...ect), Mediterranean olives, organic tomato sauce, feta cheese and other cheeses. YUM. The kids devoured their Cheese Pizza and their sides of fresh Pineapple. They were extremely happy. I'll definately be back again to try more pizzas, their sandwiches and salads also look pretty amazing. My second time at EB and I just had to write a review. The first time I came here I was treated with the Hamburger Pizza recommended by the owner/our server. Boy was I in for a ride. When I hear cafe or bistro I think of pay at the counter. Our server was really cool and greeted us immediately. We looked over the menu and the options were plentiful! Everything on the menu could be gluten free and vegan! Pizza's, burger's, sandwiches, salad's, soup, the list just goes on. We all ordered something different which was a great way to get a feel for the joint. We ordered the flatbread with 3 dip app. It was a very good start to our meal. I went with the daily, organic, in house soup. Which was a red pepper and tomato soup. I also got a half spinach salad. My fiancé got a burger. Our friends ordered a pizza, stuffed mushrooms, and the roasted potato's. I thoroughly enjoyed my salad which had spinach, artichoke hearts, tomato, onions, carrots, added avocado, with balsamic on the side. The soup though was the star. It was chunky and very flavorful. I would order this again and again! Everyone else said they loved there meals as well. The price wasn't that bad either. I wish this place was closer to us.
