    Draft beer and wine list
    Andrea A.

Stopped by after a friend's recommendation. Once you walk in, you're met with the menu (handheld and posted on the wall) and the counter to order. Further in, there's bar seating and a couple tables. Most of the tables are outside in their patio. The space has a very modern feel with a wine and draft beer list along with coffee bar options. On a Friday lunch rush (11:30am), there were quite a bit of people already sitting and eating. I ordered the hatch chile honey chicken sandwich ($16.32 after tax). Holy smokes, it was delicious! The baked pretzel bun was unlike any I've had before. Buttery and pillowy on the inside and a crisp exterior. The chicken was perfectly cooked and paired well with the chili honey, which was perfectly balanced without being too sweet or too spicy. The grilled onions added extra sweetness and richness that contrasted nicely with the fresh tomato, avocado, and lettuce. Together, it made the perfect sandwich! Definitely a spot worth checking out. The food tasted high quality, and I'll absolutely stop by again when I'm back in town.

    Monterey Breakfast Sandwich

Hmm, this place is alright. Glad I checked it off the list of bakeries to visit. Fancy toast should've been named Salty Toast... too salty. The Monterey sandwich tasted like something we can all make at home; fair price though for the size and quality. The S'mores latte tastes like Office Coffee with marshmallows... MERCADO in Menifee is way better. Service was friendly and the atmosphere here is pleasant.

Lots of potential - tried lightly reheated with same results.

Goat & Vine (Satellite Café) - Morning Bun Review Goat & Vine continues to expand its footprint beyond its flagship The Goat and Vine location, and this newer café concept clearly aims to deliver a more elevated, bespoke pastry experience. From a presentation standpoint, it succeeds. The space is large, visually polished, and immediately inviting--everything you'd expect from a brand building on a strong local reputation. The morning bun itself is visually stunning. Well-shaped, evenly baked, and glossy with promise--it looks like a 5 before the first bite. But execution tells a different story. A proper morning bun should channel the DNA of a croissant: light, airy, delicately layered, with just enough exterior resistance to give way under minimal pressure. This one missed that mark. The outer ring was noticeably tough--requiring more force than expected, even with a knife. In truth, a well-executed morning bun should yield easily with the edge of a fork, not demand effort to cut through. Flavor delivery was equally uneven. The cinnamon--presumably a core element--was very mild, almost hesitant. A morning bun doesn't need to be a cinnamon roll, but it should introduce that warmth immediately, within the first bite. Here, it lagged. More notably, the orange essence appeared only at the very center, creating a disconnect in the experience. Flavor should be intentional and consistent. If orange is part of the profile, it should be present throughout--not hidden as a surprise note at the core. The same applies to any premium pastry: flavors should announce themselves clearly and early, drawing you into the experience, not making you search for them. To their credit, the internal structure showed glimpses of what could be--a buttery, layered crumb that hinted at proper technique. But the balance between texture and flavor never fully came together. This is a case where strong presentation and solid fundamentals elevate expectations, but the final execution doesn't quite deliver on them. Final Rating: 3.5 / 5 A beautiful pastry with promising structure, but held back by toughness and inconsistent flavor distribution. With refinement--particularly in texture and flavor clarity--this could easily become a standout offering.

I was blown away! The little goat was such a pleasant surprise. In fact, I loved it so much the first time I went again - twice in one day and brought my friends! So worth it and so delicious! The matcha is to die for and so is their almond cherry croissant. Bursting with flavor. Also the sourdough bread is so so squishy!! I just love everything about this place. Staff was exceptional both times around. And the ambiance of the place was perfect for a fun brunch vibe with friends on the patio. If you haven't gone, you should go and go early so you get first pick of the pastries

Best focaccia! Cloudy with a chance of turkey, cheese, spinach, and all that good stuff. Didn't know goats were such great bakers, but they are! Good food yes yes mmmmm. Nice people and pretty layout of the food!

I ate 4 out of 6 meals here during our quick visit to Temecula. They use a type of flour that's digestible for gluten-sensitivity (as in, I can generally eat Italian imported flour and organic flour with no issues). Their mushroom pizza is absolutely delicious, as was their chai. I tried a few bakery items and they were all quite good. Service was excellent, patio dining was fun.

Stopped in with a friend for brunch. This was my second visit since the initial opening last year. Service was quick and very good. I ordered a breakfast bowl .The ingredients were fresh and everything was delicious. I needed a to go box as I could only eat half of it. The restaurant was clean with plenty of outdoor seating.

This is my favorite place to go whenever I'm visiting family up in Temecula. Best toasted coconut latte ever (I prefer the hot over the iced though), and such yummy food. I absolutely love the "Good Stuff Bowl", and their pizza is good as well :) I just wish they would open a location in North County San Diego! :)

recently moved to temecula so i've been trying to find a really good matcha place & little goat has been our go to spot! second time here & won't be our last. not only is their drinks super good but the food is amazing as well! first time we got the hatch sandwhich & blt; both were delicious. we came late so they didnt have a lot of pastries out but second time around, we got to try their monkey bread which is super popular & lives up to the hype. they serve pizza after 11am, definitely get their jalapeño lime carnitas pizza. the sauce on it is sooo good. my boyfriend & i decided to this our spot to return too whenever we can't figure out where to eat for breakfast. the service is fast & friendly. it does get crowded in the mornings, but theres seatings at the bar, few seats inside, and outdoor seating as well! we love the vibes here.

Came here on a busy Saturday morning. We had the classic breakfast sandwich with over-easy eggs and bacon, a chocolate chip toffee cookie, iced coffee and a drip coffee. Everything was excellent. The sourdough bread and garlic aioli made the sandwich especially memorable, and the cookie was perfectly gooey and rich. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient despite the rush. The space is charming, though seating can be hard to find when it's busy. Definitely worth a visit!

I've tried their matcha a handful of times, and it's pretty good. What I am really amazed by is their baked goods and food . The croissants are everything a croissant should be and the honey Chile sandwich is great. The flavors in it really compliment one another . The Cafe is on the smaller side in comparison of an actual sit down restaurant. It does have some indoor and outdoor seating . When ive been the service is always great .

Very good service and food. "The Coast" is one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ver had. Only knock if they need more seating space.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Batter Up Bakery…read more I'm a wedding planner with over a decade of experience, and I have truly seen it all... but this was a first. Due to a major mistake on the venue's end, our couple's wedding cake was served to a different event the day before the wedding. Yes... the entire cake was gone. We were left without a cake for the bride and groom to cut on their wedding day, and with very little time to fix it. Enter Batter Up Bakery... and they absolutely saved the day. From the very first interaction, Samantha at the front counter was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. Selena, the decorator, did an unbelievable job recreating the cake exactly as originally designed. And Jim, the owner who handled delivery, was professional, communicative, and ensured everything arrived perfectly. They stepped in quickly and created a replacement cake that looked identical to what the couple originally ordered. Not only was it visually perfect, but it was also delicious. The entire process was seamless and handled with such care. The most incredible part? The bride had no idea anything had gone wrong until after the wedding. Everything felt flawless, and that is exactly what you hope for as a planner. In all my years in the industry, I have never experienced customer service like this. Batter Up turned what could have been a disaster into a perfect moment. I will be recommending them to every single one of my future couples. Truly phenomenal service, talent, and professionalism.

I went with the Vanilla Bean Sea Salt Scone, and it was delicious. They warmed it up for me, and for being gluten-free, it was surprisingly soft, moist, and full of flavor. If you have celiac disease like I do, I would consider this more gluten-friendly than celiac-safe. The gluten-free scones were displayed next to the vegan scones. They weren't touching and were spaced apart, but there is still a possibility of cross-contamination. The staff wore gloves when handling the pastries and seemed to take the proper precautions. They were very upfront about their food handling practices, answered all of my questions, and provided excellent customer service. The café itself was very clean, beautifully designed, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I originally wanted to order the Fruity Pebbles Matcha, which was a limited-time spring drink. Unfortunately, they couldn't make it with oat milk because the Fruity Pebbles mixture was already premade with whole milk. Instead, I ordered the Brown Butter Toffee Latte with oat milk. I got the 12 oz because I wasn't sure I'd finish it, but honestly, I should have ordered the larger size. It was that good. The flavor was rich without being overly sweet, which I really appreciated since I don't usually enjoy overly sugary drinks. My brother ordered the Peach Bellini and added a splash of lemonade. He let me try it, and it was incredibly refreshing. The peach flavor came through nicely without being overpowering, and the balance between the peach puree, black tea, and lemonade was just right. He also ordered a brioche tart topped with raspberries, blackberries, and vanilla custard, which he said was fluffy, flavorful, and delicious. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area for another Brown Butter Toffee Latte and gluten-free scone. Just a little disclaimer from someone who's still pretty new to navigating celiac disease: I'm still learning what works best for me and what risks I'm personally comfortable taking. While I understand there is always a possibility of cross-contamination in a shared facility, I also know that living with celiac and multiple food allergies can feel very limiting at times. For me, seeing a business be transparent, answer questions honestly, and take reasonable precautions helps me make an informed decision. Everyone's comfort level and sensitivity is different, so if you have celiac disease, please use your own judgment and do what feels safest for you.
