I went to earth cafe on 16Jun23 I walked through the front door at 11:10am. Me and my wife requested an outdoor seat and we were swiftly directed to the only table outside without an umbrella. We sat there until 11:40am without any service so we left. Their were multiple waitresses outside and we still got no service. Very disappointed we didn't even get to eat! read more

Good food! The garden omelette with Parmesan, peppers, basil pesto and tomatoes was pretty good. Food didn't come out at the same time and it took a while to get coffee, but they were pretty busy. The toast was a bit burnt. read more

I so wanted to love this place, but after my last experience I feel 1 star is necessary. I've eaten at Earth Cafe several times and as people have stated before service is slow and the food is pricey. When we arrived this last time, we were told by a server to have a seat any place we liked so we chose the couch seating. After 15 minutes* of waiting for a server, my husband went to the front. According to him, the same server who "sat" us was a bit short with him telling him they didn't know where we sat. He said it felt like they were scolding us, but whatever, someone did eventually come over for our order. We ordered 2 cold brews, chicken salad sandwich, and avocado toast. Again, service was very slow. We had just come from church so I was starving but had good experiences the last time so kept being patient. The cold brew was meh and my avocado toast was awful. The bread was not toasted and everything was very bland. I didn't say anything to the server because at that point I was so hungry I just wanted to eat. Sadly, we won't be coming back. *It actually did take 15 min. I started timing after about 5 min to see how long it would take. read more

Very good menu and atmosphere. I'm pretty sure all the seating is outside, which I love! The salad was delicious, and my friend and I split an impossible burger--very good. I would say they have a lot of choices you can get in only a few places (like Bay Naturals) at the beach --it's a "cut above" the normal tourist places. I walked into this restaurant right before another couple, I remember specifically because the gentleman held the door for me. They were seated first, I didn't take any offense then. I noticed that everyone else who walked in after me were being served. I sat there for 45 mins before I got up and left. The couple that I went in at the same time with were being served their meals, not even my order was taken. I had to wonder if I was invisible. If you are white or chit chat with the owner when you walk in, you'll be served right away. read more

Haven't found another restaurant in the area with the same quality and freshness. Today was the day to try something new and OMG were we disappointed... First off, the location is not in the best area BUT based on the initial reviews and pics the inside appeared to be nice, in which you can't judge a book by it's cover. The inside was nicely decorated BUT dirty.. floors unswept which is a huge turn off, bathrooms DIRTY with an unpleasant moldy smell. Service was SLOW and this place wasn't even slamming, what takes so long for two drinks? Overpriced? YES! Similar menu to a place we recently ate at in downtown Miami with similar prices, but the quality was no comparison at all.. AND the worse part was there was a hair in my smoked salmon toast, which was sent back and not taken off the bill.. come on that's just distasteful and bad business. No apology... WOW. And $30 for plain French toast and plain pancakes? STOP. Bloody Mary was tasty but not much alcohol, mimosas filled with cheap champagne. Not impressed. We don't mind spending money on good quality food and service, we are frequent flyers of Greg Norman's, Ruth's Chris, 21 Main, Aspen Grille.. the list goes on. I live here, so have came often, and one thing I've repeatedly noticed is they will not give you the amount of food they should I think because they never truly have enough ingredients. Example I ordered açaí bowl with added $ Greek yogurt and got half a tablespoon. I ordered the portobello melt & didn't get the pesto, and other times. It's like they just use what they have instead of making sure there is stock. It's just not worth the price. The food is good. But not worth the price. read more

This was my third visit to Earth Cafe, all three times with 10 people in my party. They do offer a good selection of vegetarian foods which is a welcome change from other restaurants in the area. The first two times I went the food was pretty good but nothing to rave about -- both times I got vegetarian breakfast food. Yesterday, I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on sour dough with tomato basil soup. Overall the waiter was good and attentive to our needs except he told me the chicken salad did not have onions. I received my food a few minutes after everyone else and the chicken salad was filled onions, definitely the predominant flavor. There was very little chicken salad on the sandwich (more like a spread) and the sour dough toast was cold and hard. I didn't want to send it back because everyone else would have been done by the time I got a redo. The tomato basil soup was delicious, however the bowl was exceptionally small with maybe 5 spoons full. The sandwich came with a side of fries or the soup for a $2 up charge -- $18 for a bad sandwich and a small amount of delicious soup. I may go back if friends want to go but I will definitely not order lunch food. read more

Incredible and kind service! We had a few dietary restrictions which are always (justifiably) annoying for waiters, but ours was so kind and rolled with it. I got the pesto chicken sandwich - FANTASTIC. Seasoned and moist chicken generous cheese and soft bread. Served very warm with fries.
