What an amazing experience from start to finish! Pharmacies are KNOWN for their ridiculously horrible customer service. Not here! Firstly, they had a medication that SIX other pharmacies were out of....regardless, they said they could compound it if they didn't have it in stock. The staff were super friendly and prices were even lower than the other pharmacies I called. They have some cool products too, I grabbed some Chaga mushroom tea and Oregano oil while I was there and really like the quality, better and cheaper than Whole Foods. Unfortunately both products I bought were expired. I brought them back the next day and was reimbursed to apply full amount to other items. They are new. I don't want to use this pharmacy and yet- I still do..... My RX is 'grandfathered' there and that's why I have it filled there. Any time I've called to have the prescription filled, the line has been busy, or rung with no answer or they answer and put me on hold. In fact, it usually takes several attempts and several days to have an order filled. They always quote 48 hrs to get something filled. Once they sent a text refill notice and I responded 48 hrs later and it didn't work- the rx was not filled, the text was not answered- it was a dead link. Why bother doing it if it doesn't work? Parking in the area is not convenient. The staff is minimally polite. read more

I am pleased with the product and service of the Good Earth Pharmacy. They are very attentive to my needs when we discuss my prescription and how I would like to set up my refills. There is no high pressure sales to try something other than my prescription. I appreciate that the compound for my thyroid comes in a gel capsule so no extra filler is needed to make it into a pill. I have been filling my prescriptions at Great Earth for a while now and have been happy with the prescriptions and costumer service. However, I have to say that I'm a bit concerned about the way they have handled my refill this time around. I called 2 of my prescriptions in 10 days ago and I have not received them yet, which is unusual. They also have not been responding to my messages through the app they use - Klara, have been very vague on the phone about when my prescriptions will be sent to me (I live 10 minutes away), and have not called back when they've said they will. So this is the pharmacy I, and many of my friends, go to get testosterone therapy. When I went to pick up my prescription, I had to wait kind of a long time for it to be ready, but that isn't the reason why I'm giving this place 2 stars. A longer wait time isn't that big of an issue for me. What IS a big issue for me, however, is that the employees at this pharmacy seem to be constantly misgendering their patients. This is a compounding pharmacy that caters to a large amount of transgender clients and provides invaluable hormone therapies for use during transition. They should KNOW BETTER THAN TO MISGENDER PEOPLE. If an individual is coming to pick up testosterone, they are most likely IDing as MALE. If an individual is coming to pick up estrogen, they are most likely IDing a FEMALE. Please stop calling your transmale patients 'she' or 'darling' or 'woman' or 'girl'. It is really hurtful, especially coming from the place where we actually get our treatment. I hope representatives from this pharmacy read this and really take this issue to heart. I have heard too many complaints from my other trans friends about this happening to them while picking up their hormones. It needs to STOP. read more
