Was looking for a deep cleaning service for our house and found Earth Organic on Yelp. Most other services never get back to you, but Tamy responded right away. We were able to book a deep cleaning on pretty short notice. They showed up right on time, and Tamy (the owner) led the crew. They were fully masked and wearing gloves and shoe protectors and suits (even hairnets). I really appreciated that! They also use all organic cleaning supplies, which we love as we have an infant in the house. They worked for 5.5 hours straight with one 10 minute break. They did an AWESOME job floor to ceiling. While I was visiting my friends in Sherman Oaks, I got an airbnb. I stayed for a week and at the end of my trip I didn't really have time to clean the place I stayed in. I was looking to deep clean our apartment from a provider that uses non toxic/organic products, which was difficult to find for a reasonable price. I was really happy to find Tamy and support a local business in our Valley neighborhood as well. She arrived at our door early and with all of the cleaning supplies (rags + everything) and a commercial vacuum, which was so nice. She also wore a mask and a professional uniform. She started right on time and was extremely efficient, finishing exactly within her estimated time frame of 3-4 hours for our 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Timing wasn't as important as quality was for us, but she was exceptionally detailed in her quality too. Before the service started I requested a few specific areas to be cleaned in our kitchen and spots to vacuum. This review is based off communication with Tamy. I requested a quote to clean a 1 bedroom 1 bath 850sqft apartment. When putting in my request for a quote Yelp also will ask if you'd like to send it to similar companies for quotes as well so I did. Other companies got back to me really fast but I waited for Earth Organic Cleaning Services to get back to me first since they are the ones I requested for first and wanted to go with. When Tamy got back to me she asked what type of cleaning I was looking for, regular clean or deep clean. I told her a deep clean and the condition of my apartment. She told me $250-$300 but to send her some pictures for a better idea. I sent her the pictures as well as asking her what the price of a regular cleaning would be. The next morning she replied and told me a regular clean would be $250. When I replied saying she had told me a deep clean is $250-$300 but a regular clean is $250 she told me that a regular clean and deep clean where the same. Why would you ask me what type of cleaning I'd want if they are the same price? She then asked me what my budget was and then said how about $200 for 2-3 hours? I ended up just telling her I was going to look elsewhere for a cleaning service and thanked her for her time. I totally was going to go with Tamys cleaning service even though multiple people told me that $250-$300 was way too much to clean my apartment but I didn't care because I liked that she used certain cleaning products. If she would of just been straight with me on pricing and told me she'd recommend doing the deep clean on my apartment or whatever she thought was best and that it'd be $250 I would of been fine but not when she's telling me 2 different types of cleaning are the same price then asking my budget and jumping around on pricing. If I can't trust that you're being fair and honest with me on pricing then how am I supposed to trust you in my apartment.
