The Ecoshine team was great! I was able to schedule a cleaning the next day and they had great availability and were super communicative with all of my questions. We had two maids and one came two minutes early to the cleaning (super appreciated they're so punctual) and they were so kind and FAST! They used all pet friendly products since we have dogs and they did a fantastic job, even a few days later we keep saying we can't believe how clean the apartment is! I'm moving into a new apartment and expressed exactly what I wanted/expected right off the bat. The apartment was already pretty clean, but I explained I wanted the appliances to be cleaned a bit deeper, cabinets, floors, etc. This was a same day service which I appreciated. But as for the cleaning I got 2 people for 2 hours at $60 per person for per hour. So I paid $240 total with a $25 tip. When the cleaners left I was confused on what they cleaned. The floors(only the living room and kitchen) were mopped and the outside of the cabinets were wiped, but that's about it. They didn't mop or vacuum the stairs or anything on the second level. Appliances were not touched. I honestly don't know what these 2 people did for 2 hours. I messaged the owner and she offered to have them come back to clean the fridge, but unfortunately I don't really trust their services anymore so I'd rather count my losses and do it myself or hire someone else. Long story short, I paid $265 for someone to mop one living room, and wipe the outside of some cabinets. Very disappointed and I feel robbed. UPDATE: The owner reached out and offered to send more cleaners. We eventually settled and they gave me a 50% refund which I appreciate. Seems like it must've been a fluke and the business owner wanted to make it right. read more

Unfortunately I would not hire this company again. They were great about prompt communication, and I hired because they had quick availability after roofing filled my second floor with sawdust. And the two workers were friendly. But they skipped multiple places that seemed obvious to me, like the soaps inset and soap caddy in the shower (not cleaned at all) the window ledges, the sawdust in the cracks of the couch, and more. I did not give them a time constraint so I don't think I was rushing them--perhaps that came from management? But unfortunately my husband and I had to clean a the house again to get the sawdust. I scheduled a service for a deep house cleaning for a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. This was definitely not a deep cleaning service and most definitely not worth the price for a basic clean. They cleaned the dishes which was great but no sweeping and mopping was horrible. I had to sweep and re-mop myself. Images shown is after I mopped myself from one room alone. Cleaners were sweet and nice but just their job was not worth it. I did ask them to go back and clean one door and the wall in one room but when she went back and cleaned it was a quick 2 second clean and she was like I'm done. I hired this company for a pre-move-in cleaning of my 2600 sq ft home, and it was one of the most disappointing service experiences I've ever had. The house was unfurnished and not particularly dirty--just dusty from being on the market--so I provided a very clear scope of work: clean the interior of all cabinets, wipe down plumbing fixtures, clean the showers, and do a general deep clean. Dinara assured me this would be no problem and gave me a flat fee for the work of $600. This seemed like a lot of money and was more than some of the other quotes I received, but Dinara was responsive and reassuring, so I figured I'd pay a bit more for what I assumed would be a better service. As soon as the cleaners arrived I started to worry I had made a wrong decision. The moment the cleaners arrived--before even walking the house--one of them told me the price would need to go up, despite my having been quoted a flat fee. I stood firm, had them call their boss who confirmed the price she had quoted me, did a full walk through of the home going through every detail, and left them to work. I expected to return to a spotless house. What I came back to was honestly shocking. Three people had supposedly cleaned for five hours--at a cost of $600--and it looked like nothing had been done. The cabinet drawers were still filled with grime and debris. The primary shower clearly hadn't even been opened. Fixtures and counters were untouched. There were spider webs everywhere. The sticky stuff on the wall I asked them to remove was either still there or the paint had been peeled off. It felt like a scam. To be fair, Dinara did offer to send another cleaning crew to fix the issue--but my movers were arriving at 8 AM the next morning, and I had no choice but to start unpacking and putting things away. At that point, it was too late. For $600, I expected professionalism and thoroughness. Instead, I had to re-clean the entire house myself before the movers even finished unloading. I found them through Yelp when they replied to my Yelp project request. They were the most reasonably priced among the companies that replied, and they responded very promptly. It was a bit annoying that the maid arrived an hour later than expected, because she didn't realize that it would take her so long to arrive... However, once she got there, she seemed to work efficiently on a deep clean that included wiping down the base boards, inside/outside of the appliances, etc. I do think that she missed a few spots, like the window sills (there was a dead fly there) and some dust behind a power strip. However, I really did appreciate that she did the floors last and took off hour outside shoes when she washed the floors. It seems completely counter-intuitive when cleaners wipe the floors and then walk all over it with their dirty outside shoes -- seems to completely defeat the purpose, so I liked that she did this! The instructions I left for the cleaning team were followed, and a friend who came over that night commented that my house smelled really fresh. But the cleaning products weren't so strongly scented that it would aggravate or harm my pets (2 dogs and 2 parrots).
