My wife and sick toddler came with me to make sure I was safe at the property that I need cleaning, and we ended up waiting an hour in the car before leaving. I love Yelp, but some of these businesses with good reviews are bull$hit: GRB cannot possibly be so well-regarded. They must pay for their good reviews, because I see more professionalism at Arby's. We had a hoarder wreck our rental home causing damage and a big clean up. Cecilia visited our rental to get a feel for the job. She brought in two separate crews on 12/31/25 and 1/2/26 to service the house interior. Her crews - Wendy, Maria, Anthony, and Carmen did great work. While I continually worked the outside of the house, the GRB crew worked diligently on the inside. The result was a clean house ready for new carpeting, paint, hardware, and lighting. I have a 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and office upstairs; a formal dining and living rooms, a den, kitchen and a breakfast nook a bedroom I use for home gym downstairs. I lost my years of excellent cleaning lady and hired a company who charged $70 an hr using 2 workers. After 8 hrs of banging here & there, they only got the upstairs somewhat cleaned. Too late to do the downstairs so they charged me 8 hrs at $560 leaving unclean downstairs. So this time I called this GRB House Cleaning company & made an appointment to have my home cleaned with a gentleman I assume the owner or manager of the company. He gave me a price of $90 an hr using 3 workers. First of all he gave me song and dance about how great his company is and that they've taken other clients because they're the best. Then he gave me a 2 o'clock appointment. I thought to my self, how could they get all the work done starting that late. And after my last disaster experience with the last company, I needed them to actually see my home and give me a better estimate what to expect. So I called them back and that gentleman was not happy. He said "we don't do inspections, it's either you want your house cleaned or not. Don't call back. You've wasted my time" so I hung up. I'm so glad I didn't get to use his service and find out later what an A-hole kind of person I'd have to deal with. Now I've got more a reputable company who does my home cleaning. I hired them to clean a house after the occupant's moved out. The occupant's were far from tidy, and the place reflected their non-concern for the condition of the house. Grb put a shine in the place. They were fast, efficient, did and excellent job. They were polite professional. The homes were spotless and smelled terrific due to green products used. I wish I could give this business five stars, but have to subtract one for so-so communication with the owner. Often wouldn't get the info on what time they were coming until 10PM or later the night before, and there were some mix-ups on location and amount of time needed to clean that shouldn't have happened if they were more organized. Do not use this cleaning service. The website is purposely deceiving. I ordered what I thought was 2 hours with 3 people for $115 total. Then, only once the cleaning crew was in the middle of cleaning did the owner text me that it was $115 per hour and that it was 3 hours minimum! What?! When I said that no where on the site did it say per hour she just said that it was per hour and wouldn't budge. The site even says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. That's a boldface lie! I ended up sending the crew home after 2 hours and paid for that. But they should have only charged me the $115 which is what I agreed to on the website. This is no way to run a business. Even after saying I would write a bad yelp review they didn't care to give me good customer service. I highly recommend that you skip this business unless you want to be scammed. read more

They came and did a deep cleaning which I didn't realize I needed until they got started. I've had so many cleanings in my home but never a deep clean. While it was relatively expensive, they were up front with costs and time, and when I say they did a deep clean, they did a DEEP clean. They also brought in one person to translate (she left once they started to clean) so I can communicate exactly what I needed.
