I was told that my review could be reported to the police, which felt like an inappropriate and intimidating response to customer feedback. There were multiple follow-up calls from the same number, and each time the conversation ended shortly after I attempted to record the interaction. I eventually chose to block the number due to the repeated and uncomfortable nature of the contact. Based on this experience, I found the communication to be unprofessional and stressful.
