This was my first time getting laser hair removal. Needless to say, I was nervous about the pain level and side effects that could come with it. The pain was tolerable. It was over before I knew it! And I had no discomfort at all. Mariam was so so nice and patient. She answered all my questions, and you can tell she is a professional. The spa is nice. However, I have an issue with the cancellation policy. I was running late from work at the hospital and was charged 50dollars for an appt. However, today my appt was cancelled by the owner unexpectedly due to laser malfunction with no date to reschedule. My problem is the owner wants grace but nickel and dime patrons and never extend the same grace. After my packages are finished I won't be returning! read more

It is a scam! Don't pay for anything upfront. Run, do not walk! This woman runs a business only by texting and I learned the hard way. She won't answer the phone at all. Every time I call to make an appointment her phone says, "this google subscriber does not take calls" and leave a voicemail. Then she never responds to the voicemail. Then the website is very limited on availability. The website instructs you that if you have a question about your appointment, email her and it provides you with an email address. I left her a voicemail and an email and on both she says I never did. She was lying to my face, well not my face because she won't actually talk to you. It's so shady! Then after not being able to reach her she charges you for not calling in time to cancel. I did try repeatedly...all day in multiple ways!! I paid for a large area laser hair removal upfront and now she won't provide service. People, do not waste your time with this place, it's a shady rip off business and it's dishonest! She took my money and scammed me. By the way, when you make an appointment, she will text you to change it. Why is it okay for her to make me move my appointment and I cannot move it, only she can. What kind of business operates this way??!? And if you try and change it, she simply makes herself unavailable and charges you. Because of course you must provide her with a credit card to even make an appointment. Friends you have been warned. Buyer beware! This is a scam and I'm reporting her to the better business bureau. read more

After having been there a few times I was curious about other skin care services she offered and asked her about what would best suit my skin type for my face. She suggested micro dermabrasion and I felt very comfortable giving it a try. I was impressed with the delicacy and care she treated my face with. Nasrein used all natural ingredients (avocado, almond oil, baking soda, coconut oil) for my face and was thorough at every step.
