To start cautiously, I decided to try Botox injections first. My first Botox treatment was decent, which gave me the confidence to return. Unfortunately, my later experiences were very disappointing. After my second Botox treatment, my eyes were swollen for over a month. I also had tear trough filler done here by Lindsey, and the result was extremely disappointing. Before the procedure, she mentioned that she frequently performs tear trough filler and is very experienced with it, which is why I chose to trust her. My original concern was under-eye hollowness, but after the treatment, my left under-eye looked worse than before. In addition to the hollow area, a very noticeable crease/line developed after the treatment. When I asked her to correct it, I was told the result looked "great," which was both frustrating and misleading. Only after multiple requests did she agree to dissolve a small amount, and the crease slightly improved. suggesting the issue was related to the filler placement. Given this improvement, I felt further dissolving was necessary, but she refused to continue treatment and continued to insist that everything looked fine and ultimately told me they would no longer see me as a patient. I find this extremely unprofessional. The problem was caused by the procedure, yet no proper solution was offered and no refund was provided. If you are unable to correct your own work, the least you can do is take responsibility. Based on my experience, this place appears to prioritize completing services over ensuring satisfactory outcomes.I would not recommend this place to anyone!

They did a full skin profile on me and took pictures with a UV camera that allowed me to visualize areas where I had sun damage and scaring. Dr. Gaddis and his nurse,Shaela, spent time getting to know my skin concerns and explaining the treatment with me. They made sure I felt comfortable every step of the procedure and were sure go over after care instructions with me. Afterwards, Dr.Gaddis worked with me to help identify a customized skincare routine using ZO skincare products, along with a treatment plan to address my acne, scaring, and skin texture. I've been using my ZO skincare religiously for the past three months and have been getting monthly BBL laser treatments, along with PRP micro-needling. I can honestly say, for the first time since I was a teenager and started getting acne I finally have my self confidence back. I could have never imagined my skin could ever look this good or that I would ever be able to go out without having to pile on makeup. But, for the first time that I can remember, today was that day and it's all thanks to Dr.Gaddis and Body by Blink. I can't wait to see how my skin continues to improve! Today she denies she ever offering to refund the unused sessions. Why did u give her my credit card info when I was in the office to issue the credit on 9/5?? She continues to lie. She said since I "slandered" (exposed her) on Yelp yesterday, she wasn't going to issue a credit at all. So, the office is sitting on $800 unused sessions due to a no refund policy? The equipment FAILED. I was treated like I was the problem and laughed at by the staff while I'm sitting in their office. No thanks. I'm out $1600 for Coolsculpting, plus a $200 hair removal package that I can't complete because I refuse to return and be ridiculed. Botox ($400) that didn't last as long as it normally does with me because they dilute their products, plus the extra $70 I spent to even out my face when the Botox was unevenly administered by an inexperienced technician. I wasn't even complaining the other issues until Heather got involved. There's not even enough room to go into every detail of the conversations. It's like arguing with a brick wall. Lesson learned - I'll let my credit card company handle this from here and next time I'll go to a reputable practice.
