Everyone should avoid this place!!! I had very high expectations for this place especially with Lindsey because I was hoping to find a good place I could trust long-term for skincare and anti-aging treatments. To start cautiously, I decided to try Botox injections first. My first Botox treatment was decent, which gave me the confidence to return. Unfortunately, my later experiences were very disappointing. After my second Botox treatment, my eyes were swollen for over a month. I also had tear trough filler done here by Lindsey, and the result was extremely disappointing. Before the procedure, she mentioned that she frequently performs tear trough filler and is very experienced with it, which is why I chose to trust her. My original concern was under-eye hollowness, but after the treatment, my left under-eye looked worse than before. In addition to the hollow area, a very noticeable crease/line developed after the treatment. When I asked her to correct it, I was told the result looked "great," which was both frustrating and misleading. Only after multiple requests did she agree to dissolve a small amount, and the crease slightly improved. suggesting the issue was related to the filler placement. Given this improvement, I felt further dissolving was necessary, but she refused to continue treatment and continued to insist that everything looked fine and ultimately told me they would no longer see me as a patient. I find this extremely unprofessional. The problem was caused by the procedure, yet no proper solution was offered and no refund was provided. If you are unable to correct your own work, the least you can do is take responsibility. Based on my experience, this place appears to prioritize completing services over ensuring satisfactory outcomes.I would not recommend this place to anyone! read more

I trust her in everything I've had done and that's saying a lot because it's your face - you don't want just anyone to do things to it since some things are not easily reversible! I always judge a place's aesthetic by their front desk personnel since they're more likely to get their treatments done in house. Everyone that works at Hartwater looks amazing but still natural, I wouldn't even be able to tell you what anyone has had done. Trust me when I say I've downright walked out of a place before after entering the door and seeing nothing but overfilled lips and unnaturally frozen faces. Lindsey will also tell you if a treatment you're interested in doing is right for you or not based on your facial structure and skin condition. When you first meet with her she listens to what you are hoping to achieve and then comes up with a treatment plan that will help you achieve the results you're looking for. She's honest, transparent, and so friendly you'll feel like you're just spending time with a friend whenever you go in to see her. I love everyone at the office that I've had the pleasure of interacting with. I've also seen Tiffany who specializes in skincare treatments and she's also very nice and supportive. We're currently working on some of my hyperpigmentation concerns. 10/10 will always recommend coming to Hartwater if you're looking into getting any aesthetic treatments done. read more

I've been seeing Lindsey for years and I trust no one else with my face! I get both filler and Botox. With the filler, my goal is to plump up my bottom lip but add most of the volume and gain surface area on the top. When I went to other injectors, my top lip would be plumped, but I didn't feel like my lip surface area changed. Lindsey changed that with her technique, giving me more surface area to my lips and was also able to camouflage a weird bump that a previous injector left behind, avoiding the discomfort and extra process of dissolver. She's a fellow redhead and has some miracle numbing cream that makes the injections virtually painless! For my Botox, Lindsey listened to my concerns and took care of my forehead and crows feet. What I love best is that she didn't overdo anything on me or make me look artificial - just a better version of myself, and you'll see that in all of her before and after photos. This time, I also got skincare and can I just say... GET THE SKINCARE! I thought I used good stuff... apparently I was just using expensive stuff. Two days in and I am a convert!
