Anyone with a taste for things slightly out of the ordinary should stop by to check it out. They have jewelry, sunglasses, incense, home decor, CDs, rocks, and a ton of other things that they cycle through. Earthbound is my favorite store... I've been to 10+ different locations in my life, but the employee interaction at this particular location made me want to bolt out the store. She literally badgered me during my shopping experience "hi do you have any questions...." "hi back again how's it going..." annoying much... I felt like she wouldn't leave me alone to shop in peace. It's one thing to ask if there are any questions or to let your presence known for questions a customer may have, but this lady kept asking me over and over like she was following my every move. Owner needs to have a sit down talk with her because she is literally scaring the customers from the store. I won't be back and this has left a bad impression on this store when I look forward to coming usually. Not anymore. read more

This store is really unique. They have a lot of cute accessories and I absolutely LOVE the bags they have. I'd say the only downside to this store is that it's a little pricey. But if you're ever in the Katy Mills area, I would definitely give Earthbound a visit. read more

Hello today I went into earthbound store location . Katy Mills mall address 500 Katy Mills Cir Katy Texas 77494 phone number 281-644-5400. Store - 305 Assoc- 305NG Receipt- 228120 I frequent this store quite often I have spent hundreds of dollars with earthbound it is my favorite store. Today I had one of the worst experiences ever with a young lady she had no name tag but he cashier number is 305NG. She was extremely rude and I don't feel comfortable ever shopping at this store again I planned on buying all my Christmas gifts there for my family and friends. I bought four items all jewelry. I asked for a box she said no they don't have boxes for jewelry. Then she proceeded to throw all my jewelry into a small bag. I said no it will get tangled I asked for wrapping or a separate bag. She huffed rolled her eyes and said what do you want 4 separate bags then I said sure she proceeded to throw my stuff on the counter and throw me each small bag. I told her stop don't throw at me I'm not a child she yelled told me she wasn't while laughing. I told her I was grown she proceeded to agure and fight with me with words yelling telling me I was rude steady throwing my bags at me. I was appalled and embarrassed. I'm a African American woman so im not sure this was a case of racism but I will not stop till this young girl get punished for treating a loyal client this way. I told her don't throw bags at customers and loose the bad attitude. She then yells I have the attitude and goes back and forth with me saying she didn't throw the bag at me. If that store has cameras the footage will show she did and I have a witness as well. To some things up I want her punishment and better training for employees . I called several minutes later to speak to a manger and a young lady answered the phone and said there was no manager there which was very hard to believe. I was treated so unfair and rude it was unbelievable. I would be giving no stars if it was possible. I purchased 2 salt lamps two weeks ago. The only reason I purchased two was because they were buy one get one 50% off. I did not get the 50% off of the one and have been trying to get a refund ever since. I was told I just needed to bring my receipt in and it would be taken care of. When I arrived, the manager was gone and no one else knew how to give a refund. The manager called, told me she expected me earlier in the day and would walk someone through it. It was 4:30 in the afternoon! They told me that if it did not show up in a couple of days to give them a call. That was a Thursday, when it did not show in my bank by Monday, I called. The manager told me it takes 5-7 business days, which is not what I was told on Thursday. I checked that Friday and still did not have a refund. I called the number to the main customer service line for corporate office. They assured me that I would hear from someone by Monday. It is now Tuesday, I have no refund and I have received no further communication from Earthbound. I have emailed them and gave them 24 hours to make this right before I contact my bank and dispute the entire purchase. read more
