It's much more than just coffee. There is an impressive assortment of teas and eats as well. The vibe is cozy farmhouse in this small town bakery and cafe. Order at the counter and seat yourself while you wait for your food and drinks to be delivered, or get it to go. There is also a small outdoor seating area. Lots of house-made syrups including licorice and simple syrup; I was also told the caramel and chocolate syrups were made in house as well. It seems that there are many things in this little tucked-away oasis that are crafted with love - and it's not just the drinks. I have had cookies, ice cream, sandwiches. And breakfast burritos here. They're all amazing, but I recommend the burrito! Service is friendly and prompt, and the staff is knowledgeable about the products. The atmosphere is cozy and quiet without the blaring music of other coffee houses. My favorite thing to do is grab a drink and a lunch and enjoy a little peace in quiet, seated on the long bench seat in the corner. read more

I had never been here before and called to order 2 dozen fancy cookies for a luncheon. Libby was so helpful and helped me figure it out. It's been a couple weeks since I was there last, but it was my second time in, and it was an outstanding experience. The nice women who helped me take worries and time off my back for dinner that evening prepared me the MOST delicious garlic bread and iced tea I've ever had. First, I called and asked if they had fresh bread because I was planning on making my own garlic butter and wanted to add it to a nice loaf of bread. I can't remember the name of the bread she had in stock, but it was fresh and delicious. So, I arrive to pick it up and mention how I'm making garlic butter for the bread, and she says she can actually whip me up a fresh batch of roasted garlic butter right now. She even asked me if I wanted asiago cheese in it and of course I said heck yes! That bread and butter made my dinner and night. Such excellent customer service and delicious food. That lady actually cared, and it meant a lot, so I wanted to say thank you by writing this review and to spread the word on this gem of a place. Also, that iced cardamom and grapefruit tea she made up for me was absolutely delicious and honestly think it was the best drink I've ever had. everything was fresh and made with love and I could definitely tell. Drove out here for a family coffee outing and we're not disappointed. Such a lovely hidden gem. Got coffee, breakfast burritos, and scones, all were delicious and amazing. Bought a small candy for 8.00 that rang up as 4.00 and was well worth the money. Highly recommend. Someone knows how to make a great, spicy salsa with lots of flavor! Came in this morning to Earthen Cup for first time and was excited about all the breakfast options to go. Ordered the breakfast casserole - basically a crustless quiche with sausage and lots of flavor. To my surprise, it came with tortilla chips and a delicious helping of salsas in side containers. I will definitely return. My only tip: make sure you specify hot or cold on your coffee. It's a super delicious brew, but I'm not a cold coffee person. read more

Stopped by the best bakery in town. Don't know how I missed it! The gluten free baked goods were the best! I am a cold brew snob when it comes to coffee and I have to say it was the best I've had! They open at 7:00 am so you should stop by and grab some. They also have an excellent selection of non-gluten items too. Im gonna try their breakfast sandwiches next. Really love this little hidden gem just off Main St. Some of the best homemade food around, and just a welcoming atmosphere. Today was my second visit, and the food hasn't disappointed yet. My one complaint is pretty specific and likely temporary. When I came in, my first question before I even ordered was, "Can I sit here and get on your WiFi and work from here while I eat?" And the young lady behind the counter said, "Yes, absolutely." When I finally sat down and attempted to jump on WiFi, I realized I hadn't gotten the password, and so I asked a different young lady and she told me the password, but said it may not work because it's been spotty. I needed to work, and she was right, the WiFi wasn't working, and so I'm using my phone as a hotspot and chewing through my own mobile data plan. Would have appreciated this head's up prior to ordering. I ordered the house tomato bisque which comes with a healthy slab of homemade bread - absolutely delicious! My second time eating here and I'm happy to recommend this place above some other nearby sweet shops. read more

Incompetent cashier and unfriendly staff - that sums it up. I came in to Earthen Bistro to grab a cup of coffee and possibly some lunch. I was immediately amazed to see the cashier being snotty to the elderly ladies ahead of me, but I brushed it off as immaturity. When I ordered, she was just as snotty and smile-less for me; then inquired about using their guest WiFi and I got a deer-in-the-headlights look from her followed by an explanation from the lady in back that their WiFi was not working - when my laptop clearly identified that it was working fine. Customer service here is lacking - I will NOT be back. The Battle Ground Sweet Shoppe & Bakery is a way better option for coffee and tasty treats. read more

I went here when working out of town last week. The service was ok, the coffee and breakfast sandwich was delicious! It's across the street from the High School so be prepared for a very noisy abrupt lunch hour. Other than that time, it was very quiet, although it was FREEZING inside and the chairs were pretty uncomfortable for sitting in an extended period of time. Lastly, there is no WiFi... I went to Earthen Cup for the first time this Saturday after the Lady Bug Bazaar. The staff was friendly and helpful especially since we had a lot of questions about the food offerings; there is no food menu only drinks. I ordered a triple shot 12oz dry cappuccino but received what looked like a latte with no foam; just a very milky faint-coffee flavored drink. The Sailor Jack I ordered was very dry. Like it was day-old, or longer. The yogurt parfait with passion fruit was delicious. The potato salad was good but I wish it didn't have the skins and I'm not sure what gave it the orange tint. read more

Went into Earthen Cup excited to have a new coffee place in town. Left utterly disappointed. We ordered two regular coffees, what they call Brew of the day, a kids hot cocoa and a cinnamon roll. We waited almost 10 minutes for our regular coffees which turned out to be Americanos. Normally I love Americanos but it is not what I ordered, nor wanted. Asked for some half n half for the "coffees" and was brought a small amount of it in a small mug that was very difficult to pour from and ran all over the table. We waited another couple minutes for the kids hot chocolate and then longer still for our cinnamon roll. We had asked for it to be warmed up, and it was barely warm. Took one bite and it tasted pretty good. The second bite however I'm sorry to say, I had to spit out into my napkin. The cinnamon roll was raw in the middle. I don't mind when my cinnamon roll is a little doughy in the middle but never completely raw. I took it back to the girl making coffee and told her and she just looked at me like, oh ok what do you want me to do about it? Needless to say we will not be returning to this establishment. read more

I love this place!! Earthen Cup has some of the best coffee around at the best prices. I love that it's organic and that they actually put more than two shots of espresso in their lattes! A four shot, 12 oz Americano for $2 is the best deal in town and it's so good!! Their baked goods are amazing and truly taste homemade. I usually avoid any bakery item that doesn't come from my own kitchen. Lunches look amazing and the gals that work in there are sweet and accommodating. read more
