The installer came took off a plastic piece and never installed anything. We understand they have to pay the person to come, but we feel over charged for this because they never replace any of the water piping for the new refrigerator. When we called for a partial they said they would call us back - we waited - we had to call them twice before we received an answer. There customer service is terrible and they do not care about the consumer.

We found a brand new Samsung gas stove and an older, but gently used, Whirpool fridge. We love the stove and got a great deal on the fridge. It was delivered first week of November. We were happy. ...Until 2 months later when the freezer stopped working. We called Danudy, the owner/manager, and he came out and told us we had some ice which needed to be melted in the freezer. He charged $40 and was on his way. 3 weeks later, the fridge was now no longer cooling. I called Danudy a couple times and he told me that he was on a job and he would call me back. I never got a call. I proceeded to call and text him over 8 times and had my girlfriend call another 4 times and leave voice messages. No response. After having my parents try, he finally said he'd come on March 29th, and never showed. I called him that evening and was able to agree to have him come on Apr 4th at 10am. He came and looked at the fridge for 30 minutes. He said it was the computer for the thermostat (we knew this because we had someone else come look at it). He said he might have a replacement for it at his shop or that he would order it. He said either way he'd contact in in an hour. It's been 3 months since the fridge has worked and 4 days since he told me he would call and we are done. We ordered a new piece from a different person and will be taking him to small claims court to pay for what we spend on this repair. Classic case of a perfect deal not being perfect at all.

We called Eugene and within 2 hours he showed up, replaced the fuse and confirmed that our reliable 1982 dryer is better than the new ones coming out of the big box stores. So Eugene fixed my dryer with a used part. he was prompt and was able tot take care of the issue…read more... however since he was using a used part I asked him what is the guarantee that this would not stop working. He gave us a 30 day warranty and stated if this stopped working he would order a new part and fix it free of charge. The dryer worked for exactly a week and then stopped working. I reached out and he informed he will contact after ordering the part He did text that he has the part but has not answered any of my texts or given me a time. I hope he will respond soon ....... still waiting so far .. Update ... he was busy and just called . Will be back to repair my dryer
