The installer came took off a plastic piece and never installed anything. We understand they have to pay the person to come, but we feel over charged for this because they never replace any of the water piping for the new refrigerator. When we called for a partial they said they would call us back - we waited - we had to call them twice before we received an answer. There customer service is terrible and they do not care about the consumer.

But Frank determined more extensive repairs were required..and expensive. My machine is 16 years old. He found me a used machine which is working great. He is honest, knowledgeable, polite and follows through on promises..rare qualities in today's world. if I ever have need of any other appliance repairs, he is the only person I will call. We found a brand new Samsung gas stove and an older, but gently used, Whirpool fridge. We love the stove and got a great deal on the fridge. It was delivered first week of November. We were happy. ...Until 2 months later when the freezer stopped working. We called Danudy, the owner/manager, and he came out and told us we had some ice which needed to be melted in the freezer. He charged $40 and was on his way. 3 weeks later, the fridge was now no longer cooling. I called Danudy a couple times and he told me that he was on a job and he would call me back. I never got a call. I proceeded to call and text him over 8 times and had my girlfriend call another 4 times and leave voice messages. No response. After having my parents try, he finally said he'd come on March 29th, and never showed. I called him that evening and was able to agree to have him come on Apr 4th at 10am. He came and looked at the fridge for 30 minutes. He said it was the computer for the thermostat (we knew this because we had someone else come look at it). He said he might have a replacement for it at his shop or that he would order it. He said either way he'd contact in in an hour. It's been 3 months since the fridge has worked and 4 days since he told me he would call and we are done. We ordered a new piece from a different person and will be taking him to small claims court to pay for what we spend on this repair. Classic case of a perfect deal not being perfect at all.

Sofa was listed as $799 with tags indicating it was "Jedi". The salesman said he only had the floor model and noted a small inconsistency in color (it was hardly noticeable) but there would be no discount (weird, but ok) I went to pay but had forgotten my card/ID, so said I would return after work with a friends van. I happened to look online for measurements only to find the sofa I looked at in the store was called "Booyah" not "Jedi" with size and a $200 price difference. I was thinking, great now maybe I can buy my friend a coffee table or something. I went back to the store with screenshots of their website to show the correct sofa. The salesman adamantly refused to look, insisted that it was the jedi.... Even though it clearly was not because there's a difference in color and pillow pattern.... And then had the balls to say 'it doesn't matter anyway they're the same price" When clearly they are not. I drove an hour away to another store and it was confirmed I was 100% correct, but they did not have the sofa in stock....I left and ended up at Ashley Home Store...paid $900 for a sofa but wasn't lied to.
