I purchase most of the things from here because many buy raw food so they are very fresh. My dog enjoys the variety of raw food and cooked food. My dog became an International Champion from their self-dog bath. Nicole knows a lot about nutrition. Bridgett is clear and nice when you get to know her. Their pale yellow shampoo at the self bath and coconut oil helped my dog's skin improve (due to hormone imbalance), it may come and go or gone but their mild shampoo works far better than my show line shampoo. My dog has not had skin issue for over 6 months :) I'm pleased with this store. read more

Dawn and Joe, the owners, are fantastic. They are so knowledgeable about pets that we often go to them for advice before going to our vet. We tease Dawn that we owe her for consultation fees. They care so much about our fur babies that they really want to help. The entire staff here is so helpful and friendly, and seeing Lexi is fun too. This used to be our go to spot for pet supplies and grooming. They lost us as a customer because of their stupid "pick up rules and extra charges". My wife was running unexpectedly late to pick up our pooch when the gal said we would be charged extra for every 5 or 10 minutes (can't remember the exact number) we were late. Not very customer friendly so now it is only Hollywood Feed and Elite Suites. read more

Yes this is the place to be if you own a dog or a cat I suppose. I have dogs. So I'm not exactly certain if they have cat stuff. I'm not sure why I never reviewed this place. I think I may have forgotten since I waited like a year or so to get in for grooming. I mean I felt like I had won the lotto a little bit when I finally was able to start coming here. It's really close to my house within 5 to 10 minutes drive and it is so cute in there. The people also make this place great. They're not snobby like some of the places in the area. They're friendly and they always remember your name. Also even when I'm fat and bigger than some of the employees they still help me with my dog food by taking it to the car. LOL. All jokes aside, the groomers are great. I've tried several of them and they always do a phenomenal job with my dogs. I will rearrange my schedule to make sure I go to Grooming. That is how much I appreciate being able to partake in this business. Also all the employees know so much about the food and always have great suggestions. I will keep coming to the store as long as I live here. The prices are in line with other places for pet needs. This isn't the place you go for overall pet supermarket stuff. This is a boutique food/grooming place where you're looking for some thing outside of what they offer at Petsmart or Petco. It's just such an amazing place for my dogs' grooming, treats, toys, bedding and food needs. I highly recommended them! 5 star service and business for sure! read more

These guys really know their stuff!! We use them for their healthcare products and mental stimulation toys. Everything they have is legit, highest quality and furbaby friendly. Joe took the time to explain the differences in a couple of products to ensure we were getting the right thing for anxiety vs the product for pain for our Potbelly Pig. Dawn helped us select the right anti-inflammatory for our Chihuahua. Best part they indulged us in proud pet parents showing photos. Wonderful customer service, cute shop. Stopped in here to pick up some water buffalo horns for my dogs with my son. When the employee saw my son she immediately asked if he would like to see "Lexie" their lab that hangs out at the store. That made my so so happy! After meeting the store pup we went to check out and another employee saw my son and went to get him a little squeeky/light up dog food ball toy (perfect size for a small tot) and he said "it's football season and he needs a toy" my son was so happy and squeeked the two all the way home and it's still one of his favorite toys. I was very taken back with how awesome all the workers were and I really appreciate their kindness. I've told my whole family to shop there and posted in a local mom's page about how great they are. My Bulldog is a tank and too heavy to put in our bathtubs at home. He hates the cold water hose outside, so I stopped in Earthwise to try out the self wash option. The owners greeted us with a warm welcome and gave my fur baby lots of sweet attention. They explained the self wash process and had great products to use too! I'm impressed with the staff, their friendliness, and their attention to detail. Also, Earthwise is very knowledgeable regarding individual food/nutrition needs for pets. They were so helpful picking out dog food with me. I have my part Lab/part Australian Shepherd on a raw/dry food diet. I was making her food myself which has been time consuming (I work and am a full time masters student). They recommended Sojos turkey recipe (raw made easy) which Faith is in love with. I mix it with the Nulo freestyle dry food. Shes a picky eater, but she likes it so far better than what I was making her. (Im not sure how to feel about that!:-/) I love how easy it is to prepare, and that she is a more happy eater now! They have a great selection of foods, and treats. They said if Faith doesn't like something I am welcome to bring it back, and we can try something else. That impressed me since not every pet place is like that at all. We can't wait to come back.
