The grooming itself was sloppy too they left a long forgotten lock of hair on one ear and gave her an uneven face trim that looks nothing like the teddy bear inspiration photo I showed them. This business has terrible communication, no respect for customer consent, and poor quality work. Go somewhere else.

To make things worse, the employee who called me was rude and basically told me, "Better luck next time." There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to make the situation right. This was a complete waste of my time. Based on this experience and the poor customer service, I won't be coming back.

Luckily, I came across the site for Petlocks and saw all the wonderful work Lee has done on her clients! Mali is a 10 lb senior maltese-poodle mix. It has been about 8 months since her last grooming (I personally trimmed her every month). Mali was scared at first (like always), but looked so comfortable and at home when I came to pick her up at the groomers! I've never seen her so comfortable before, so I knew she was in good hands.
