On the last visit, they said our dog showed her teeth at the person feeding her, did not growl or show any other aggression. She has never bitten a person or another dog. As for kennel cough, I can only say I've been at the front desk when the front desk asked a patron for updated records as they dropped off a dog and when the person said they didnt have them, they replied with "that's ok just send them when you can." That shows they dont pay attention to vaccines in great enough detail. The response shouldn't been, "then your dog can't be dropped off until we get those records." We saved money on boarding in comparison to other places but spent $1000.00 on a vet bill for kennel cough.

I'm not sure if anyone has this issue, but we've had such a hard time finding a groomer who can give Tillie the "poodle" cut. She was given to us by someone who didn't want her, and it was entire learning process figuring out how to keep her well groomed. I already have two yorkies and they are a bit lower maintenance than toy poodles. The first two groomers I took her her to basically buzzed her and gave her a very uneven hair cut even though she wasn't matted. Anne's has always made Tillie look so beautiful and I've been so happy with how she smells and her haircut. I think my girl loves going to see the staff as well! They are always so welcoming and friendly. I'm finally taking my yorkies tomorrow and have no doubt they will look fabulous when they walk out!

We rushed to take our dog there. No one was there. We called them. No answer. We waited for 30 minutes and still nothing so we left. This seems very sketchy. Will definitely not return.
