Called at 9:30 to inquire about a bath and nail grinding for my crazy boxer. She was so kind and offered to take him in for services that same morning at 11:30. He was ready about 3 hours later, looked shiny, smelled good, white was actually white, and his nails were no longer witchy-long. Woo-hoo! Best thing of all, he was happy and not hesitant at all when I dropped off or at pick up. Having a 60 pound dog can frighten some, so I am always a little worried, but also know if he feels safe there's never any concern. Sure enough no concern, happy pup, happy mom, and happy groomer! Making an appointment doesn't mean your pup will be serviced. I made an appointment for 9AM. I showed up on time, waited around for 15 minutes, called the business, and no answer. No sign of it being open. Not a great way to conduct business. Especially during COVID-19 when people are already nervous about leaving their homes. Go to Pet-N-Groom around the corner instead. Their website says walk-ins are welcome, but it could take a while. So the day before, I made an appointment for noon and they said it would take about an hour and a half. I drop her off at 11:50 and they say it will be about 2 or 3 hours. I show up at 2:45 and they haven't even started on her, they said it will be about 45 minutes. I couldn't wait 45 minutes because I had to pick up my kids. Wish I could've given a review on the grooming experience, but they made a bad first impression with me. I'm super bummed. read more

I have recently moved back to the area and was looking for a new groomer for my boys. I researched A LOT of places around here. After reading multiple reviewsabout this place, I realized the only reason they don't have 5 stars is because the owner is humble. She gives herself 4 stars when replying to reviews. Trust me though... Those pace deserves 5 stars!! The ladies running the shop were very sweet and incredibly courteous. From the moment of our first conversation and appointment setting to picking up my boys, I was impressed. My boys look AMAZING and they weren't shaking (they usually do when not treated right... A daddy knows). I'm happy to have found a new home groomer that I actually like and trust. Great job ladies! 4-13-19. 2 months later and we return with my precious cargo. These ladies were extremely busy (It's Easter time and EVERYONE wants their babies looking great.) with several pups. I knew it would take time to get both of my boys looking great. During this second visit, these ladies asked questions that I was taken back from. Who asks that? At least I have never encountered it. They wanted to make sure my loves were prepped and ready for the lovely Texas weather that always arrives this time of year. "Do you want them a little shorter? It will keep them cooler..." Wow! YES AND YES!! They ran a little late with my last little guy but I DID NOT CARE! They kept in contact with me (via text) and took care of everything. I'm so so so so so HAPPY that I returned. Please be very careful of this facility. Our dog received severe burns on his stomach which eventually blistered from using an overly hot grooming sheer. Confirmed from a vet and had to take medication for weeks to prevent infection. It took weeks to fully heal. I've had a grooming dog my entire life and have never experienced anything like this. read more

First time ever to have a dog that requires hair cuts! Didn't know what to expect so honestly was preparing myself for the worst. Dropped off our 6 month Lhasa Apso at 10:00 and picked her up at 12:15 completely surprised and very happy with the outcome! I recommend Diggidy Dog 100%!!!! read more

Quite simply the worst grooming experience we've ever had for the money we spent. Took three dogs in. Got them back staggered, one at a time throughout the evening, so had to go back three different times to pick up animals. First dog was a toy poodle. They did well with him. However, other two are standard poodles and they apparently don't know how to do standards or just didn't care. We got the first standard done and he was ok. Noticed uneven trimming on the coat and the ears did not seem to have been done inside though. Finally got the second standard back late that evening around 7pm and was so over it we just paid and left. Got the last standard home and realized she was still very damp! In fact, her ears were completely wet. The coat was very unevenly cut and her ears had definitely not been cleaned out. Had to get out AGAIN to take her back for them to at least dry her. They dried and brushed her out and she looked much better but then we realized when we got home that her toenails had been left completely untouched. Truly a terrible experience. Cost for three dogs was around $225 total for three full grooms. What they provided wasn't worth half of that amount. Also the business is downright filthy. There is hair and dust caked everywhere from floor to ceiling and it smells bad. Sometimes the grungy little holes-in-the-wall are great but this one ain't one of them. Avoid at all costs. read more

We have 3 akitas. One is a LONG coat akita with a super long coat and a thick undercoat as well. Not many groomers will take him on. It takes HOURS to bathe, and do a total brush out on him...as well as to use a furminator on him to remove his thick undercoat when he blows his coat (3 times a year). We took him to Diggidy Dog and they did an incredible job with him. He LOVED them. He came out looking like a million bucks. Perfectly trimmed up, brushed out, nails and teeth great and his matted blowing fur was perfect. It took about half of the time as most people take to do him as well. They did the same great job with our other two akitas as well. We found Diggidy Dog after their other groomer left the area. I am SOOOOO thankful we did. They are OUTSTANDING! read more
