When we got there the home was filthy and the plumbing was in disrepair. We let a Vacasa agent know about it right away and we were given a vague promise that they would make it up to us next time we rented.(?) I've been trying to get a supervisor to address our concerns for 2 weeks and absolutely nothing has been done. This rental would not meet the most basic building codes and it's obvious that Vacasa doesn't care
